Bupa Dental Care Peterborough - Broadway

This is my first time coming to Broadway and I couldn't commend them enough from start to finish the service was amazing. The kind receptionists Aisha, Hannah and Deanna were really helpful and are a credit to the practice. My dentist Petros, was very honest and went into depth to help me understand my dental needs and what I need to do to improve my oral care. I am a very nervous patient and I am pleased to say that I have found a dental surgery I am comfortable with. Thank you to everyone again!

A really lovely practice. I am always well looked after when I visit Broadway. Reception team are always helpful and welcoming. I can be a nervous patient. George M is a excellent dentist, he and his nurse Sergio's calm and efficient manner really help keep me at ease. I broke my aligners recently and Shyam was a star. He was able to fit me in quickly and get me a new one sorted, which was such a relief! Again him and his nurse Mandy were very calm, efficient and caring. Excellent service!

It was wonderful. I recieved a polite welcome from the receptionist, and the waiting room was bright, clean and spacious, so I was very comfortable waiting. My dentist, Petros, read my notes from my forms ahead of my appointment, and was very accomidating of my additional needs due to my Autism. The nurse provided me with dark glasses to block excess light, and Petros used his smaller personal light rather than the large one. He also limited the time he spent he mouth to just what he needed, and was very paitent and polite with me the entire time. He communicated clearly what actions he recommended we take for my dental care moving forward, and at no point in the exam room did i feel overwhelemed or too stressed. I booked my next appointment with confidence that I will be well looked after by the Bupa Team and Petros. Thanks to them all!

Deanna & Tracy at reception are absolute angels! They went above and beyond to get all my appointments and treatments sorted out. Even had to get an emergency appointment in between regular appointments which I thought would be difficult but they reassured me everything would be okay and rest assured it was. These two ladies are an absolute credit to this dental surgery, can’t thank them enough for everything. As for the dentists, I have had appointments with Mr Abu Bakar Hussain & Mr Alan Ho. They are both incredible at what they do. They are very easy to talk to, polite & caring. They have both helped massively and I can’t thank them enough either. I highly recommend this dental surgery. 5 star service at every appointment.

I didn’t always have good experiences before, until we were looked after by Alan Ho. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing dentist caring for our whole family. He is incredibly kind, caring and patient, and always takes the time to make everyone feel comfortable. He has completely changed how I feel about dental appointments. I’m no longer scared to go! We truly appreciate his gentle approach and the genuine care he shows at every visit.

I had an emergency visit with Alan who isn’t my normal dental surgeon and he made my visit very comfortable and understanding. The lady Anna was absolutely lovely on reception and also made me feel very comfortable that if I have any issues to call back before my next appointment. Early mornings aren’t for everyone and they have been wonderful from the start

I would like to thank you all for the great service we have received from your Dental Practice over the last 34 years! We have now moved to the Isle of Wight and found a new practice. Before we left we had appointments with Petros who was absolutely fantastic. Informative, gentle and thorough! Thank you all.
