Attended dentist today for an alignment for my dentures. Alan Ho and his dental nurse, Mollie, were, as always, very welcoming and helpful. The alignment has helped a lot and has been approved by my wife. Great care and attention throughout the whole procedure. Mollie was very attentive and placed a protective paper layer to prevent any splashes or bits of the alignment getting onto my clothing. Alan checked I was happy with what was to be done and kept checking I was happy with the look and feel of my new setup. Such great care and attention to the patients satisfaction is great to see. A great dental practice that has patient care at the forefront and I am more than happy to tell people who my dentist is and the dental practice.

I needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and Tracy sorted one out for me for the following day with Alan, who isn’t my usual dentist. He is so calming and reassuring and explained clearly everything he needed to do and as he was working told me what he was doing. He made sure he understood what had happened/what I did to my tooth and took concise notes so that my usual dentist could read and understand the emergency. All the staff, from the receptionist team to the nurses to the dentists are absolutely wonderful, caring, welcoming, friendly and listen to you and what your problem is and put you at ease immediately. Top marks to all of you, thank you

Been at this practice 8plus years for my children , found Darius very patient when he saw my youngest for an emergency appt who has medical anxiety . Edwina always goes above and beyond to help with a friendly welcoming manner . Absolutely lovely lady and a credit to the practice .

Very friendly staff, very small tight car park. Arrive in good time to ensure you get a space. Disabled parking is available. There is on street parking available if car park is full however this is limited and may be chargeable.

My son saw Alan for an emergency appointment today and he was utterly incredible, so kind and caring in a difficult situation. Thankyou so so much for not only saving my sons smile and reattaching his front tooth, but also for how thoughtful you were when dealing with Charlie. As a mum, I couldn’t have asked for Charlie to have received better care than he did with you today, just incredible! Thankyou!

Ok, I don't like visiting the dentist...like most people! But I do like my dentist Fran Campbell. She is the consummate professional. Very down to earth and goes through all detail to make her patient feel confident in my experience. 157 should feel very proud of her skills overall!

Sadly after many years my dentist retired but thankfully I was able to get a new NHS dentist. Sadly she left and I have had to cope with 1 loose upper crown and had to make my own dentures from two different pairs and a lot of plastic. I'm unable to eat in front of people as they are just for asthetics and fall out if I eat anything. Today a wonderful lady called Anna was so helpful and understanding, yes I still don't know when ill get any dentures as I'm on benefits but she put some faith back in me so i hope and pray ill be able to leave the house sometime this year if a NHS dentist arrives. Thankyou Anna for your kindness as my self worth is at an all time low so many thanks for keeping me on the books...
