Had an excellent experience at Oxford DentalMed. I visited today and was treated by Dr. Nair Raquel Furoni. My filling had dropped out after three years, exposing the layers beneath, and they were able to schedule an appointment within just two days. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Dr. Furoni was extremely professional and kind—she took the time to understand what happened, checked for any other issues, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She even explained the composite material used, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

Very friendly family dentist Excellent service

I have been a patient of Dr. Nair at Oxford DentalMed for years, and I am always impressed by the excellent care. Dr. Nair is highly skilled, compassionate, and takes the time to explain procedures clearly. The staff is professional and welcoming, and they ensure I am comfortable during every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Nair and the team at Oxford DentalMed for their outstanding service and genuine concern for patients.

Worst dental practice I've ever been to. My partner was the patient, and on her first appointment we were kept waiting for an hour with no explanation other than Dr Marcos was out of the practice when he had patients waiting. There was no apology either when he returned. On the 2nd appointment we were waiting for over 30 mins, again no apology. On the 3rd, he was out of the office again, apparently on errands, this time I had something to say to the receptionist, he arrived without a care in the world, we had been kept waiting again. When my partner contacted them for a further appointment she was told that because I had words with the receptionist he had decided not to treat her any more, so not only is he unprofessional and has no manners he decided to punish my partner for his failings and lack of patient care. I would not recommend this practice unless you like waiting while your dentist is our running errands instead of seeing his patients.

The receptionist and Dr Nair don't speak English very well. I cannot comment on whether or not Dr Nair is skilled at dentistry - I walked out the moment I realized that she intended to attempt providing healthcare without being able to communicate. Your experience may differ if you know Dr Nair's native language (she mentioned Brasil, so it is probably Portuguese). There were also minor red flags of her being clumsy when handling the dental chair and standing in my way when I requested to leave, both of which may be situational, but contributed to the overall air of unprofessionalism.

Excellent Quality of Services. My family and I are patients with them for the last 9 years! I would definitely recommend to any body. They have a variety of services that include, General Dentistry, Orthodontics to Dental Implants
