One The Gallery Dental Practice have done their very best from start to finish to put me at ease, make me feel welcome, listen to my questions and keep me informed. I had a tooth removed and an implant put in. Every procedure went smoothly and I cannot fault anything. I am a nervous person at the dentist, but at each visit, I felt less and less so. Often leaving with a smile. I can’t thank Vinit enough. A special mention also for Daniel on reception, who is so welcoming, kind and friendly.

I was recommended to One The Gallery Dentist by my previous dentist, who suggested I might need some dental work done under anesthesia due to my strong gag reflex. I was naturally quite anxious, but from the moment I arrived, the team put me at ease. Dr. Vinit was absolutely wonderful. He reassured me that we could try the treatment without anesthesia and took the time to explain everything clearly. His calm, understanding approach made all the difference—he never once made me feel like a nuisance or overly sensitive. In fact, his patience and skill helped me get through the procedure far more comfortably than I ever expected. Also worth mentioning is the best receptionist in town—Daniel. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, he helped make the whole experience even more positive. It's rare to find a practice that combines clinical excellence with such a caring, personal touch. I’m so glad I was referred here!

I’ve been registered here for a couple of years after struggling for placements elsewhere. Really warm and welcoming team who provide excellent quality of care. Over the 12 months it took to complete the procedure, the team at OTG were without exception excellent. Always a friendly welcome into a very calm and professional environment. Every Doctor, nurse or member of staff are very highly qualified. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The practice is on the expensive side, but it’s worth every penny if you value your health. My husband and I were referred to One The Gallery by another dentist who thought they were among the best in the UK.

I went for a routine hygienist appointment here at One The Gallery and was so impressed with the service. Magdelena was brilliant at showing me practical ways to improve my dental hygiene and was just the kind of warm-hearted, friendly personality that made the whole experience stress-free and informative !
