Compton Acres Dental Practice

They don’t have a clue ! Kirsten - receptionist " I guess " suggested to go back 5000 km to get this checked by the dentist who initiated the work . It was a simple procedure of re cementing a temporary crown which fell - it happened always ! . I am hoping the manager reads those comments to appreciate the level of competence of their receptionist LOl.

I recently went it to see Scott as a new patient. Really friendly and helpful service. The pricing also seemed competitive compared to other private dentists in the area.

Great practice. Scott is absolutely brilliant, very professional, explains everything thoroughly and put my anxiety at ease. Very happy with my experience, would highly recommend.

Recently started using this dental practice and have been impressed so far Always friendly staff at the desk 👍 👉 I have started the invisalign treatment with Pieter Crouse and he is highly recommended. Very well knowledged, answers questions fully and always explains everything in great detail so you understand the reasons. He is very honest in his views and doesn't try selling you something you don't need, which can't be said for other dental practices. You have to pay £50 for the initial consultation for invisalign with Pieter however it comes off the cost of the treatment if you decide to go ahead. Would give more than 5 stars if possible 👌

I don't usually write reviews but my experience today was nothing short of brilliant. Very friendly and professional staff and put you at ease, especially with me having bad experiences in the past with other dentists throughout my life and being slightly nervous. My first appointment a week ago with Scott went really well. He was very informative, friendly and accommodated my needs last minute with my treatment at short notice. He went the extra mile with sourcing another dentist for specialist treatment I needed. Today I met Peter who was to carry out that specialist treatment for me. Once again very friendly, professional, gave sound advice, and also went the extra mile which was very much appreciated. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Booked my Daughter in for her first ever dental exam with Scott. He was great with her, really considerate of the fact she had not been before, had a little look that was really appropriate for her age. The nurses and reception team were lovely, and helpful too, made a fuss of her, which she loved. I always come here for my treatment and haven't got a bad word to say about the practice. Would reccomend to everyone.

I cannot recommend Dr M Nasser highly enough. As someone with anxiety and ASD, I often find dental visits overwhelming, but Dr Nasser has been incredibly patient and understanding. He is extremely careful and thorough, and his dentistry work is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Dr Nasser is not your typical dentist—he has a unique ability to make you feel relaxed and at ease, talking you through each step of the treatment in a calm and reassuring manner. A special mention also to Milena (Millie) at the front of house, who has always been so welcoming and efficient in organising appointments. Her friendly nature and excellent customer service make a real difference. This practice is truly fortunate to have such a fantastic team! Thanks Rob
