I had an appointment with the hygienst, Elizabeth Nguyen, at Loughborough Road Dental Practice, West Bridgford this week. She is so lovely. Very friendly and cheerful. I felt super relaxed - which I normally don't on a visit to the dentist! She is the only hygienist I've ever had who causes me NO pain. I didn't feel a thing during my clean, descale and polish. Thank you so much Elizabeth. I won't be at all nervous next time I come 😁. Highly recommended.

I always have a positive experience when visiting this dentist. All staff are helpful and friendly, and put you at ease. Jeff is knowledgeable, explaining the process of review and treatment in detail which is very helpful. Overall I feel well cared for, everything is done in a timely fashion and to a high standard. I would certainly recommend them to others seeking a friendly, trustworthy, high quality service!

I have been with this practice and with Jeff Cushnie as my dentist for decades. His dental work is faultless. He is professional and very knowledgeable! My teeth have been challenging at times but he always sorts me out! I rarely need dental work now. Lara is a great hygienist too. Reception staff are always helpful and welcoming. My husband and son are now with Jeff and are enjoying having a really good dentist! It's a pleasure going to the dentist!

I have just visited Dr Penny Peace at the practice this week, having been a patient of hers for some years. Penny is professional taking time to give a full explanation of the treatment undertaken. She is also friendly, cheerful and empathetic, making the whole process far less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Thank you, Penny.

Just had an appointment with the practise today . Have been with this dental practice for the last 40+ years, so have seen many dentists in this time. Dr Penny Peace is by far my favourite. We feel in totally safe hands with Penny.She is very professional and always gives good dental advice and encouragement. She is such a lovely friendly person and although most people don’t enjoy a trip to the dentist she totally puts you at ease. My whole family have since joined the practise and all see Penny. .My grandchildren have no fear of going to the dentist because she has been so good with them.

Jeff has been my dentist for 15 years.. he has saved my teeth and gums! Straight forward information always given and quick action taken! I am a nervous patient and he always allows me to prepare and process! Overall great reliable service given by all at the practice and dental plan is affordable! Would highly recommend 😀

Absolute superb service from Elizabeth. Allowing time to take a breather without asking, great advice of after care & remembering personal details from our last visit, which I think is a lovely touch. Charlotte was amazing too. Was nice not to get soaked during the appointment 🙂
