Brilliant experience, first time meeting Keith. He was significantly better than my previous orthodontist. He was concise but quick. Clearly an extremely knowledgeable and skillful orthodontist. It is a calmer environment, much more welcoming and overall much better than previous visits.

Awful customer service from an extremely aggressive sounding woman who answers the phone/books appointments. My son's appointment finally came around, took time off school, only for it to be cancelled 15mins before the appointment time. The dentist was apparently arriving in the country that morning and his plane had been delayed. This seems exceedingly unprofessional. After this, and the rude treatment I received over the phone, I asked to be referred to a different orthodontist. This message and the cancelling of the make up appointment were not taken notice of and I was contacted again, this time by a much more pleasant and apologetic member of staff I should say, to apologise but the dentist that would be seeing my son that day had had is train delayed and they would need to rearrange the appointment again. It's so unprofessional. The way they treat NHS patients is sickening. They would NEVER do this to their private patients, which is where their positive reviews come from, the way they treat NHS patients is awful and shouldn't be allowed. Change orthodontist as soon as you are referred here, they'll try to say you can't and don't get a choice, you can and you do.

I went private with Deana who treated me over the 2 years, she went on to correct my over bite and my cross bite, She provided excellent service with how she spoke and listened to me throughout my whole treatment. The nurses were super polite and helpful through my treatments. The receptionist was great when booking appointments and for any emergency appointments or cancellation. They would send reminder texts days before and promptly inform you of any changes in you’re appointment.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The reception team deserve a massive shout out aswell. They're always polite, kind and happy to see you and and answer all questions. Highly recommend.

Very frustrating and slow experience for my son. Braces have taken 4 years from fitting to removal due to delays in identifying that two extractions were needed then a delay of several months to refer this requirement to his dentist. The communication of his treatment plan was poor. The reception staff have always been excellent though.

We have been under their care for four years and in this time we haven't had much continuity of care. There have been a few blips in the treatment but these have been rectified. Throughout the 4 years one consistent smiley faced receptionist (Cheryl) has been helpful and professional. Thank you.

The service provided by the orthodontic centre has been wonderful. Everyone working here is always very kind and helpful, giving advice and helping to meet my schedule when needed. My teeth have also had lots of care, and I can say for sure that they now look better than ever!
