Helix House Orthodontics

My daughter had her first consultation January 2025. Her braces fitted February 2025 and now in june 2026 she has had her braces removed and her teeth are perfect. Helix House have been absolutely fantastic, we've always been greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Everyone was super friendly and answered every question asked to them. They even gave my daughter a amazon gift voucher to celebrate having her braces off. We couldnt be happier with Helix house and would reccomend them to anyone.

I have sent many patients here and have had excellent feedback from them and seen great results. After what felt like an eternity, i have finally had my braces off and my teeth look and feel amazing! Though, i feel a sadness that there won’t be a need to come back and see the staff at Helix anymore, as they have been incredible the whole way through my journey. Joe Tyson has been like a ‘Dental God’ in terms of personal care and professionalism, and although he isn’t related to Mike, he shares the same fighting spirit when put up with a challenge! Naresh - aka ‘NareshFaratu’, would show up when needed most to help solve any delicate issues and mixed with the greatness of the whole team, they managed to overcome some head-scratching problems. As for the reception team, they are a song of "Hello!" upon entering and you feel so welcome the minute you see their smiles. I have a special place in my heart for the wonderful Michelle, our US representative. All happiness and no bad days, are among her many qualities. I have had an amazing experience and a result better than i could have ever expected. I thank you all so much and will be highly recommending. Jordan 😀

Our experience with Helix House has been superb from start to finish for my teenage son’s twin blocks then fixed brace. Everything has been explained to him, his questions answered and reassurance given when needed. The weekly reviews via the App helped him see progress and also to receive gentle encouragement to address issues like brushing technique. He had his fixed brace removed today and it was magical to see his amazing smile! We can’t praise the Helix House team highly enough, but particular thanks go to Joe for his friendly style which put Euan at ease.

They have done a fantastic job at straightening my teeth and I'm incredibly happy with the end result. From start to finish the process was very smooth, simple and enjoyable.
