Had an old filling taken out and a new replacement put in.Dr Charlie Carr and her assistant were amazing. She was informative and extremely professional along with her assistant. I’m very scared of the dentist especially fillings. Didn’t feel any discomfort during procedure. So Thankyou and the receptionist was lovely as always. I’m very impressed with this practice.

Had an appointment today with Dr Rohan Manlglapara, for an extraction. It was the quickest and most pain free extraction I’ve ever had. He explained thoroughly every step of the procedure. Had phoned my Oncologist to confirm it was safe to have the procedure before hand, then explained every step he was taking. Both he and his nurse were very professional, but with the caring touch, making sure I was comfortable and at ease. I hope this doctor stays for some time as it’s unpleasant having to constantly change dentists every year. Dr Manglapara is the BEST dentist I have had at plummers over the last several years.

Super fast and efficient service and as a quite nervous patient my dentist Charlie is fantastic. Extremely professional and she has a calming effect throughout the treatments. I apologise again for spilling the rice cup!

As always when I visit, I was welcomed by the reception staff. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. On talking with my dentist about a couple of issues since I last visited, he was very sympathetic and helpful and those issues were resolved at the time of my appointment. I’ve always had a good and positive experience at this practice and hope to continue to do so in the future.

I tried to get an appointment, but the emergency appointments had all been booked. The receptionist did say she would call back if they got a cancellation, (we are all septical, when that is said), but I got a call back and was very grateful. I managed to get the appointment for the same day and the dentist I had was great. Sorted my to pain out. Great service

My daughter went for a tooth extraction today ,she was so scared as her 1st but the dentist Dr jonathan peppiatt was totally amazing with her, so patient and understanding of her fears . He talked her through everything and made her feel at ease i can not thanks him enough for his kindness and care , I highly recommend asking for him if you have a nervous child aboit the dentist

I have had biran shah for over 20 years, I used to hate the dentist years ago ,he is amazing, such a lovely person very caring very professional, would not want anyone else to look after my teeth ,any work he does on my teeth ,I feel so it ease in such great hands 😊 what a lovely dentist practice John G plummer ,I actually enjoy my dentist visits 😀 we always chat and have a laugh 😃 much appreciate all your help... 😊😇
