Beechcroft Dental Practice

Cynthia and Harvey are the best duo at the practice I have encountered in a long time. Cynthia needs to stay also, we need her around. Young, dynamic and knowledgeable. Martins and the assistant were super nice as well. I can't fault anyone really. The ladies at the reception were super helpful, did the job with great smiles and enthusiasm.

Dr Cynthia and Abbie were very professional. I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. Made me feel at ease and were very thorough. We need more dentists like her. Going to miss her!

Always very thorough whilst also being very polite and helpful. Has always been a good experience for myself and my 3 children. Was especially impressed at how my daughter was treated with so much care & empathy when she had to have some teeth removed & was very scared.

We were customers at Beechcroft Dental practice until they ripped us off this morning. We went early (9am) for a 9.20am appointment which we had confirmed on the phone last week, only to be told that we had booked the appointment by text and it was for 8.20am. Thus, since we had missed it, we lost our £20 deposit! We have a call log for over 8 minutes from the day we booked it and double checked the time with them as we always do, and added it to our calendar immediately! As if dentists don't get paid enough that they have to lie and demand extra money from pensioners to cover up their mistakes. What disgusting customer service, this practice has definitely gone downhill!

Martins and Shaz looked after me well. Always checking I was ok and did a great job. Abi the receptionist was warm and friendly.
