Pearl Dental Surgery

So like others, I've had really poor experiences with dentists in the past. This was the first time in around 20 I've gone to see them. The most caring I've dentist I've ever had. I felt listened to and that I was in control. There was zero judgement and I actually got a lot of complaints for my oral hygiene, which was unexpected. I thought I'd need something done but actually the only work to be done was what I've wanted for 2 decades. I can now say Im not scared of them anymore. 10/10

Had a toothache which needed urgent treatment, I called Pearl Dental Surgery yesterday (Good Fri) Vicky called me straight back to arrange an appointment the following day, professional and prompt service 😀 I had my appointment with Anas, Veni, Rutri today (Sat) and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I sat in the chair, he was calm, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my tooth. He was thorough in his examination and showed genuine attention to detail, identifying the issue quickly and putting a clear plan in place. Despite the situation being quite uncomfortable, he made me feel completely at ease throughout and handled everything with confidence and skill. What stood out most was how reassuring and honest he was—no rushing, no pressure, just straightforward advice and excellent treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, a first class service throughout by all the staff including his assistants - Thank you for everything. Jo 😊

Dr. Naveen Reni. Was fantastic with me. As a nervous patient felt quite calm and put me at ease as to the process of a fractured tooth that needed extraction. Also as I needed a emergency appointment because of the pain I was seen within 24hrs. Highly recommended. All the nurses polite and welcoming. I came here because of the reviews and stand by mine in saying I would come here again.

My experience with Daniel today was really calming. I had a complicated root canal on my front tooth and he was very understanding and informative throughout the appointment. He was very informative regarding other possible procedures that I could consider. He made me feel very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as he made me feel so reassured. Attend today for an emergency dentist appointment. Phoned up at 8.00am and explained I was anxious and autistic and they were more than accommodating. Despite me crying my eyes out I was ease and would return if needed. I felt validated and heart every second. Ellie on reception was FLAWLESS and DR Daniel and his nurse were truly amazing.

Absolutely amazing. I made an emergency appointment due to a problematic wisdom tooth, i saw Anas, he done a thorough examination,explained the tooth needs to come out and so made another appointment to come back for the removal, fast forward to removal day- i saw Anas again, he listened to me and my concerns, i was very anxious and he put my mind at ease, went at my pace and done a fabulous job. I can’t recommend or thank him enough. Also all the other staff at pearl dental are just so friendly and lovely. Great practise, great staff.

Had my first hygienist appointment and Francesca and Sabrina were both really friendly and explained everything really well. I felt comfortable asking questions and my mouth feels cleaner than it ever has before!
