West Earlham Dental Health Practice

I would like to share my positive feedback for Mr M. Aboelmaaty at West Earlham Dental Health Practice, who has been an outstanding dental hygienist. He consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. His approach is both thorough and gentle, making each visit comfortable and reassuring. He takes the time to explain procedures clearly and offers helpful advice on maintaining good oral hygiene, which I truly appreciate. His friendly and calm manner helps put patients at ease, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the well-being of those he treats. The quality of his work and his dedication to patient care are truly commendable.

Dr Sharma is the kindest and most caring dentist I've ever met. I was terrified of the dentist but he has put me at ease at every appointment. I am a wheelchair user and I am always looked after. All the dentists are so accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The nurses are all so comforting and helpful and the reception staff are wonderful. The very best dentists for nervous patients. Thank you so much. Would highly, highly recommend

I have, fortunately, been a patient here since leaving the Armed Forces in 2006 with no problems with appointments or treatment. Both Dr Harris, a while ago, and currently Dr Sharma (+ practice colleagues) in that period, have been very likeable, professional and approachable; explaining issues or procedures with humility and simplicity - putting the patient at ease. A few years ago the surgery had a significant, practical & smart makeover... free NHS WiFi for patients too. Finally, aside from his professional standards, Dr Sharma spends much of his spare time on charity projects.

Not satisfied with outcome of teeth straightening or whitening after ~£4000 and many back and forths with Dr Sharma. Very limited appointments available with the dentist himself as he is often on holiday (or sabbatical?) so if you want an efficient treatment, I don't recommend. In general, the dental work was fine but the treatment is not clearly communicated or guided and they put the patient in charge of medical decisions which require expert knowledge which is inappropriate. Would go elsewhere considering teeth are so important and expensive and I would choose somewhere more hands on.

I was very nervous and it had been sometime since I had been to a dentist due to being a busy Mum of 2 toddlers 😵‍💫😅 But my dentist was fantastic & very thorough. I will be going back as soon as I can. I fully recommend this dentist surgery as my first experience was very good

Can’t fault the service received from West Earlham and my teeth look so different and definitely makes me want to smile more. Already recommended to friends and will continue to! Awesome thank you so much for my new smile 😊
