I had a great experience with Steph, the treatment coordinator. She was kind, welcoming and efficient throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently and made sure i felt comfortable and well informed her friendly attitude and professionalism really made the experience smooth and stress free.

Hi, I recently had a lovely experience with one of the staff members called steph. She was so positive, kind, enthusiastic and I could tell that she loved her job. I just wanted to personally thank her for all her help and support.

I went to Neo to get a new retainer fitted and the staff were really lovely. The receptionist, Peter, in particular was very friendly and helpful when it came to booking the scan and retainer collection.

Great appointments today. Stella was amazing at explaining everything to my sons and making sure they were comfortable and happy throughout

Staff are all so lovely , especially jazz and lizzie they were fab with my daughter today getting her braces fitted. Very professional and lovely.

I booked a consultation with this clinic after emailing them clearly stating that I was looking for treatment X. My email subject specifically mentioned this. The clinic replied and booked me for an appointment without informing me that they do not provide treatment X. I paid for the consultation and only during the appointment was I told that they do not offer this service. If this had been clarified beforehand, I would not have booked or paid for the appointment. I felt like I was misled into booking the appointment. I was tricked into thinking treatment X is provided. I feel the clinic should have informed me before scheduling the consultation that they do not provide the treatment I was specifically asking about. It wasted my time and money as a result of them not telling me that they dont provide the treatment im looking for right at the beginning.

I had an appointment today with Nurse Stella for photos and scans for my daughter. I was really impressed with the whole experience. Stella was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and was so kind and reassuring. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. It’s clear that the team at Neo Orthodontics really values patient comfort and quality service.
