Great no fuss Dentist. Surgery was clean, team were friendly, and my teeth were well cared for. I registered two days ago, managed to get an appointment the next day, after not being able to get an NHS dentist for a couple of years, my teeth were in need of a professional clean and check up. The Dentist who saw me was lovely, the dental nurse was great, and my teeth are free from hard plaque.

I had a visit to this dentist around 8 months ago for a routine checkup, and I had to get some plague removed in the appointment. When she was using the scraper she also held the suction with the opposite hand which led her to create holes on my gum tissue which later swelled up for me. I know plaque removal are supposed to hurt, but she made it very uncomfortable for me and made unnecessary comments too. Overall, I am very disappointed with the appointment and would not recommend going there.

I have been a patient here for a very, long time & have always received excellent treatment, care & advice. I was grateful to get the opportunity to see Sadia today, who dealt with my tooth problem with her usual expertise & caring professionalism plus some follow-up advice. All the great Reception Team here are friendly, helpful & caring too.

I have been part of this practice since it opened in Elswick,Walking in to see the ladies on reception is like walking into a bunch of friends,they are so helpful and go above and beyond to help. They are friendly and courteous and always full of smiles.The Dentists are great and always explain the procedure and there assistance is alway there to help.The practice gets 5 stars from me every time.

Iv been going to this dentist for years and so have my family honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else Receptionist are so friendly and helpful especially Kare L and Sonty A very helpful and try their best to meet my needs in sense of finding me suitable appointments and always have friendly chats and laugh while I’m there. Can't thank sarah and sonia enough for today ..newly registered as never been to dentist for years! I was so nervous..they both looked after me so well and made the visit less scary ....thank you also to the dentist and the dental nurse the procedure was nowhere near as painful as i thought...very pleased with the service from start to finish..highly recommended

Firstly I want to thank this amazing dental practice for fitting me in (twice now, once a wisdom tooth infection and then this occasion which was about 6 months apart). The back of my mouth was in severe pain. I called up at 8.30am this morning, the phone answered at 8.34 which considering this is located in an extremely busy part of Newcastle, is amazing. I explained on the phone to lovely helpful Sonja, how much pain I was in and she managed to fit me in on a urgent basis which I am so thankful for. So many other dentists in the area send you to 111 and it can be such an exhausting experience. But Sonja was so understanding and tried her best to fit me in which I am so greatful for, thank you! When I arrived, Carole and Sonja on reception where so caring and helpful. I was so nervous for going as I had a large lump at the back of my gum and I was panicked (I hate dentists and haven't ever had a dental problem before like this so was really worried!) they both treated me with such care and respect and put my mind at ease. Even though the phones were going crazy, and the reception was very busy, they handled everything so very professionally and ensured I felt at ease before my appointment. The dentist Sadia was as lovely. She made me feel settled as I explained I am very nervous with dentists and with never having this issue before, she assured me that she would help me and everything would be ok. She was very gentle and caring and took a x-ray to make sure all was good. She then prescribed me some antibiotics. I have found whenever I have been to this dentist, Sadia has always treated me kindly and she is very soft spoken which makes you feel so much better and is always very honest about tooth condition and gives great tips on tooth/gum care. After my appointment, carol on reception was super helpful and got me booked in for my follow up appointment. I know there are some bad reviews about this dentist but from my perspective you cannot fault this dentist so give them a chance and see for yourself how good they are. It's genuinely the best one I have been to yet. A lovely team of staff who I can't thank enough for their service!
