Grainger Park Dental Practice

All of the staff are really warm and welcoming. Sarah, Sonjya and the team are all super helpful and friendly me and my grandparents are always treated kindly and with respect by everyone. Their dentist is Faruk and he is always accommodating when they need appointments. Contrary to popular belief they do answer the phone whenever I have called and they’re all doing the best that they can with the pressures that they face with limited NHS dentists available and high demand and the current strain on the NHS. Dentist service gas improved vastly since being taken over 4/5 years ago.

What an amazing team. The reception staff are consistently friendly, warm, and welcoming, always taking a moment to ask how you are and how you’ve been. The appointment system works really well, and I’m usually able to get an appointment when I need one. They genuinely do their best for patients. A truly positive experience.

This has been my dentist for many years I have been treated with respect from every single staff I’ve met they are all kind and professional. Today I had a appointment after I had it they made sure I was alright to go home giving me water and biscuits as I had a empty stomach, I couldn’t appreciate them more and I highly recommend this dentist.

I recently attended my first ever visit to the Practice, I was welcomed by Sarah Jane, Darcy and Karel on reception, they were super friendly and very helpful, they managed to get everyone signed in and taking care of smoothly even though it was busy at the time.

Could do with getting noise cancelling headsets. Can barely hear the person on the phone because of the other people in the background on the phones. Very noisy!

I recently attended two appointments at Grainger Park Dental Clinic and had a very disappointing experience. During my treatment, a dentist fitted two crowns, but both fell out on the same day. I was then given an appointment with the head dentist to discuss the issue. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously. The head dentist’s attitude was disappointing and the communication throughout the process was poor. When I tried to explain my concerns, I felt I was interrupted and told not to talk too much. I was also told that if I did not want treatment there, I should go to another clinic. As a patient, I expected respect, understanding, and professional communication, especially when raising concerns about treatment that had failed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism I encountered.
