Great service from beginning to end. Friendly receptionist. Seated less than a minute before the dental nurse called me in. Dentist was brilliant & straight to the point. He examined the tooth to be extracted & confirmed the tooth could not be saved from looking at the x-ray but assured me it would not be a problem in the future with regards to eating & bite. He asked me if I was happy to proceed with the extraction. I had 2 injections & he made sure I was ok & ready to expect slight pain on both injections. After some minutes he explained I would feel some pressure & maybe some cracking noise as he removed the tooth. Both he & the nurse both checking I was comfortable & not feeling any pain & to let them know to stop at anytime. Tooth extracted in 1 piece & shown the tooth with a hole going through the root from decay. Advised of options to discuss with my dentist regarding gap & adjacent teeth. After care notes given with extra compress for socket incase of more bleeding. All done in 10 mins. Thank you to all staff.

A great Dentist from the reception team, nurses and dentist. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I see Vijay who is an exceptional dentist, very kind caring and gentle. I had a check up yesterday and a clean and scale and he is that gentle I could have fallen asleep! No pain or uncomfortableness. I highly rate this practice and recommended to anyone seeking a dentist.

I have been coming to this dentist practice for well over 20 years. I have always had a phobia of going to the dentist since childhood, but I find that the care received here is excellent and never as bad as I feared. The reception is clean and modern, the receptionist’s are quick and efficient to start with and my lady dentist is lovely - always professional but very kind and gentle. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just point out problems—he offers clear, practical solutions and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Since following his advice, I’ve seen noticeable improvements, which really shows how effective his guidance is. I am writing to thank Dr Vijay Bagha!... He is truly one of a kind always ready to listen and look at any gum and dental problem no matter how trivial I think it might be. Over the decade and a half that I have been his patient he is always incredibly easy going when I have told him how bad I have been with my personal dental hygiene... Vijay thank you for your professional, courteous, kind, patient, and gentle manners. You always take the time to explain every step of the procedure and NHS options open to me, you ease any anxiety completely, it’s always very positive experience. My teeth always feel better after my regular check-ups, descales and any other necessary repairs and maintenance! I like Vijay a lot.... Over the years Vijay and his various assistants always put up brilliantly with my terrible jokes that I force them to endure at the start and end on all my visits! Thanks for laughing when I know I’m not that funny! I am grateful he still soldiering on. The other support staff are also wonderful and welcoming. Brilliant dentist practice. As an NHS patient I have been with this practise for a few years the receptionists are always very polite and extremely helpful. The dental surgeons are very reassuring in their approach, they explain all the procedures thoroughly and give estimates and options before commencing the work. I recently had to have an extraction and in the past at previous practices the experience was not pleasant however at this practice it was carried out professionally,quickly and with plenty of reassurance, so much so I didn't realise the extraction was complete I was so at ease. Can 100% recommend

As a dental patient with more than a mild dislike of the whole aspect of dentistry, I was immediately put at ease by the professionalism, friendliness and approachability of every single staff member that I met on my initial assessment visit. I am not particularly looking forward to my treatment but I am feeling quite relaxed about it and pleased that the staff have allayed my fears ( terror) To add: 9 teeth ( I told you I was terrified of dentists) extracted under sedation . In the chair, sedation administered, teeth pulled and in recovery room within 25 minutes. Totally supported and reassured by all members of the team.
