I’ve had procedures and also regular checkups and cleaning for over a year now and still a great experience! The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming - quick to get you set up! Omar my dentist is the best! Always keeps me informed throughout and his team always work to make sure I’m comfortable and back on way again. Unfortunately did not catch the name of the hygienist but he is top notch, gives great advice and gets my teeth looking great! Thanks team!

Called in for my routine six monthly check up. Greeted by pleasant staff in reception. Clean tidy and welcoming atmosphere. Had a nice chat about everyone's experiences of the Christmas and New year period. After a small delay was called into the dental.suite where my teeth were examined thoroughly and questions asked about my oral hygiene routine. The dentist was very happy with the state of my teeth and nothing needed to be done on this occasion. I paid at reception and was kindly offered an alternative appointment for my husband's upcoming visit as requested by him. The receptionist , Will, even opened the exterior door for me and waved goodbye.

I honestly can’t recommend this dental practice in Milton Keynes highly enough. I’ve been a patient of Shaz for over 20 years, and even after moving to Dorset, I’ve never once considered changing dentists—that alone should say a lot. Making the trip isn’t exactly convenient, but it’s absolutely worth it every single time. Shaz is incredibly professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, puts you at ease, and consistently delivers excellent results. I’ve always felt I’m in safe hands. The level of care, attention to detail, and trust I’ve built over the years is something you just don’t find easily. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, this is the place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have been a patient here for many many years and have always been greeted by a lovely friendly team. They are welcoming, friendly, approachable and most of all honest, they won’t try to get you to have work done that isn’t needed like I have known at other places! I would highly recommend this practice and hope to continue being a patient here for many years to come

I selected teeth straightening & composite bonding for treatment. I’m near the end of my straightening and the results so far, before the bonding are amazing. Originally looking to go to Turkey for a teeth makeover, I went to Dental Works and saw Omar for a check up before I went. His professional advice and experience suggested I speak to Dr Faizan Naseem to see what they can offer here in Milton Keynes. I cannot fault Dental Works for the way they have handled my treatment and how responsive and caring they have been. 32Co is the straightening company I have used and I am so happy. Dr Faizan has been an email away throughout the process and answered every question I have had. I suppose I was quite nervous before I started however right now I am the most relaxed I have ever been and can’t wait to finish. I’d recommend Dental Works from the reception, to the staff who action your teeth. I genuinely am forever grateful and I can’t wait to see the finished result. Thank you everyone.

I had an outstanding experience with Mr Shahzad and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Mr Shahzad is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle he took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. The clinic is spotless, well-organized, and runs efficiently, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I can hardly find words to say how grateful I am for my experience with Dental Works. I phoned yesterday to explain my dental concern and was given an appointment on the same day to assess the attention needed. Fatima has been caring for me and my wife and has become our friend.
