Oakridge Dental Care

I have been a patient at Oakridge Dental Care since they opened. The care is first class, they care about me as a person. The whole team are friendly whilst being professional. I joined one of the plans as it made sense to do so and I'd encourage people to work out the numbers based on the costs for check ups, hygienist treatment and xrays plus treatments versus paying seperately. If I have had an emergency I have been seen quickly and most often any treatment needed is done in that appointment. I highly reccomend the practice.

Trustworthy and friendly dental professionals, I would recommend! In my experience they always take time to make sure I understand any information they give me and help me make an informed decision that's right for me. They give me the tools I need to improve given my life situation without judgement. The reception staff are particularly helpful and patient. As someone who is scared of the dentist they always seem to go the extra mile to put me at ease and seem on top of what's happening. I really feel like Oakridge manages to achieve both high professional standards *and* a kind human touch.

I had a great experience with this dentist. After cracking my tooth and needing an emergency appointment I reached out to several to get an understanding of prices. I have to say the helpfulness and customer service from the team was the reason I opted to use them. I went in today for my appointment and they were professional and knowledgeable. A good level of customer service is difficult to come by so I would recommend this practice

Cannot recommend enough! First saw my Son with an hour's notice on a Saturday! He needed a tooth out so went back a few weeks later. Oliver was amazing with him! He has AuDHD and we didn't know how he would react, but Oliver was patient, kind and took note not to say the word needle! So much so my son can't wait to come back! I booked myself in after a long time away from the dentist due to fears and bad experiences! Again, Oliver was incredible. I never felt judged, he explained everything he was doing and spoke through the plan which wasn't half as bad I was ecpecting. I went back yesterday for the work and again, nothing but kind and patient, checking if I needed a break! All the staff I've encountered on reception too have been lovely! I've gone from crying at the thought of a dentist visit to looking forward to going back! Thankyou so much!

This is an excellent practice. Due to unforseen circumstances involving an NHS operation on my jaw, a routine course of treatment which I had been receiving, had to be interrupted. Throughout a lengthy period of time my dentist Anshul Khanna and his dental nurse continued to treat me superbly. The reception team were also outstanding, dealing with constant changes to plans and appointments in their usual cheerful and helpful manner. Nothing is too much for them. From the moment you walk into reception to the time you receive treatment their is an air of warm, dedicated professionalism. Thank you.

Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist were very professional, a treatment that I usually find terrifying was made comfortable by the hygienist talking me through what she was doing , helping me feel less anxious. Overall, a good experience.

I can not thank Dinesh enough for his patient and calm approach.,really helped with my fear of dentists. His work is excellent and very skilled.Would recomend to anyone with anxiety of going to dentist.Thankyou again.
