We had an emergency appointment today for my daughter who is 11 , she was proper nervous but a massive shout out to the whole team at neath hill. .They were so kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made her feel calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. Special Mention to Dr mital and the dental nurse ( forgot her name sorry) both of them were amazing and i would highly recommend for anyone who is anxious to see the dentist ( they are actually really nice people ) We’re very grateful for the support and professionalism we received and before i forget the receptionist also was so friendly , personable and helpful . Highly recommend! Best dentists in mk by far !

Rachel the hygienist has been taking care of my teeth for the last 10 years, she is very gentle and kind and always puts me at ease. This is the best dental practice I’ve attended from the receptionist to the dentist.

An exceptional dental surgery staffed by true professionals. At age 51, and with a big family, I have seen a lot of dentists and my whole family now come here. We are constantly impressed by the positive attitudes and skill of every staff member, from the receptionist, hygienists, dentists and implantologist; all have this wonderfully welcoming and confidence-inspiring aura about them. Personally, I made a decision to have 4 dental implants. From my first consultation with Mital he shared his depth of knowledge and experience, and in my mind there was no question of considering anywhere else. Fast forward 6-8 months and I have never regretted this decision. The implants have made it possible for me to eat anything, and to smile anywhere. I am filled with admiration and appreciation for this dental surgery; what an inspiring example for other practises! It goes without saying that I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

I am such a nervous patient and avoid the dentist. I recently needed a tooth out and from the reception staff to my dentist, I can honestly say they were amazing. I've never had a positive experience before in a dentist until now. I've since been back to see the hygienist and she was equally amazing. Made me feel at ease, I wasn't rushed at all and gave me great advice. Thank you

Such a wonderful practice, I am very lucky to have been registered with them since 2023. I cannot thank my dentist, Dr Punita Sharma, enough. Yesterday (25/2/2026) I underwent 4 extractions and the treatment received was exceptional. In 2023, I had some extractions with a former dentist at the practice & it was a very traumatic experience; Punita was aware of this & knew that as a result I was very scared yesterday. I cannot praise Punita enough for the attention, care & kindness she always shows. She always truly listens and takes on board any concerns/worries/anxiety and explains everything so clearly. She is incredible and I feel completely blessed to have her as my dentist. I also want to thank her dental nurse, Aaliyah, who is also very caring and kind. Despite the intensity of my treatment yesterday, I still left the surgery smiling. Everyone at the practice is very welcoming and kind, it always feels like they are one big family. Thanks again to the whole team but especially to Punita.
