Llannon Road Dental Practice

Both my husband and I have just joined this practice, finally have an NHS dentist thank you! We had our first new patient appointment yesterday which consisted of filling in an extensive previous medical history form then seeing the dentist for a check up. We saw a lovely female dentist who was both reassuring and had an excellent bedside manner. Extremely friendly and professional practice that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Sadly not the dentist practise they once was.. they are good at cancelling our appointments(several times) to suit themselves, and in the confusion for booking another appointment which was incorrectly written on appointment card have now lost our place at this practice after being with them for several years. It may be good practise to answer your reception phone too. Nine attempts to call you in space of 23mins is not good customer service!

Not happy at all. I only just phone the dentist to find out when the pointment. They said that me and mum missed it on the 6th.as we had to miss the 1st as we tryed and tryed to call them to say there was an accident on our way. They didn't even answer the phone. Then made us another appointment for July and the cancelled it this. So made another appointment for use but did try to call them again. Then I at last they answered the phone to say we missed. They taken me and my mother of there compture know. We cannot make anymore appointments. I did tell them that I have learning difficulties that have the time I cannot remember. They seem didn't care at all. 1st one we missed wasn't our fault at all as there was ancient on our way. We did try to call them. Have the time they don't answer the phones. So please this isn't our fault and we do pay for our teeth to be sorted. It's not fare you did this. Thank you. Terri Nunn and my mother

I have just been here with my 10 year daughter. To see Chris lewis. As an emergency. We had an amazing friendly, kind and helpful experience. I can't thank the dentist and receptionist enough. Thank you so much for seeing my daughter. And treating her and referring her to park way. 10 out 10 .

The temporary dentist and there has been a lot of them are great,also Rhian is lovely, waited over 5 years for Chris to transfer me for implants, also laughed when I gagged on my impression. Glad I’ve been unregistered for my mental health.

Seems to be a common theme where they remove you as a NHS patient after claiming to send a reminder letter which was never received. Thoroughly rude receptionist who then had the cheek to try book me in for an £85 check up. I had been there years, but they seem to have no problem removing you unless you need regular treatment which = more money for them.

I’d like to make a comment about Tracy Whilst waiting for the Dentist just listening to her on the phone with patients is inspirational you don’t see many receptionist with such empathy as Tracy. I’m not sure how long Tracy has worked there but you can always guarantee that the phones will be answered so thank you Tracy.
