Always a friendly welcome here! The reception staff friendly and accommodating. The dentist was wonderfully patient with me, calmed my anxiety ahead of a heavy procedure, and was attentive throughout the whole experience, with step hy step guidance along the way. Diolch!

Amazingly friendly, helpful dental surgery where every member of staff makes you feel welcome, cared for and valued. Our dentist, Dr Iwan Heseltine, is just lovely - an excellent dentist and a really genuine person. Can't recommend highly enough!

Alex did a root filling for me because I wanted to save my tooth. I’m always slightly anxious but she explained every step and there was no pain at all. I think she was as pleased as I was when it was successful.😊 All of the staff here are lovely. The receptionist doesn’t even have to ask our names when we go.

First visit to the hygienist in a couple of years and I was terrified as I have sensitive teeth. However, the hygienist and her assistant were lovely and I can honestly say she was the most gentle hygienist I have ever received treatment from. Excellent practice and lovely staff.

An excellent service from my welcome on arrival until my check up was complete everyone went out of their way to accommodate my particular health needs today which are different to how they have been before owing to continuous oxygen use and shortness of breath. The dentist did all the normal work you lay flat for in the sitting position including x-rays to save breathing discomfort for me all of which made the whole experience bearable. Thank you all
