Lotus Dental Studio (Formerly Warren Davies Dental Care)

I have always been very nervous of having any dental treatment. Since moving to Lotus my fear of going to the dentist has gone. All the staff are so lovely and I’m talked through every step of my treatments. I recently had composite bonding done with Laura and I am thrilled with my results. Thank you for fitting me in so quickly - you have completely transformed my smile. Will always highly recommend 🙂

Have been taking my children here over the past 4 years. Have been trying to book an appointment for both children and have a ratty receptionist tell me it's not going to happen. Countless cancelled appointments at last minute, what was a pleasant practice when under the warren Davies name has taken a severe downturn in how they communicate with their patients. In response to the offer below, why has it taken this post to illicit a positive response. The attitude from the receptionist gatekeeping appointments doesn't fill me with optimism that this won't happen again. I was looking at opening a plan for the four of us but I'd rather go somewhere else where my family is treated fairly and equally

Had such a positive experience at the dentist today. I left feeling genuinely happy and reassured, which is something I never thought I’d say leaving a dentist. Such lovely and kind people. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

First visit today, lovely staff, very pleasant. Fab consultation, everything explained in great detail ( even showed me my xrays on the TV screen so I could see what's going on). Clear, precise plan going forward. Would highly recommend. Thankyou so much guys.

Lovely people .took good care of me .made me feel at ease as I'm nervous at the dentist .explained everything I needed to know. This is the surgery for me .

Had Invisalign with Jay and the team and they were all outstanding Highly highly recommended

Been with them for years but unfortunately after each visit since 2017 no teeth cleaning happening unless paid for. 5 children and being told 3 need braces but eldest now told after all this time waiting that he would need to pay private at 17 years old by a new dentist Dr khawaja (Jay) Fariduddin. Promised by every visit then just nothing every time.
