Disappointed in this practice. I was with them since I moved here 5 years ago. Dentist is great but I had hygienist visit towards the end of lockdown and wasn't told that they wouldn't be doing the whole treatment due to restrictions, still charged the same though. Decided to give the hygienist another go last year as I excused it as a misunderstanding, and they were excellent and I was very happy. I was told I have to be within a year of seeing the dentist to see the hygienist. Called to put myself on the emergency appointment list (which is what I normally do for the hygienist as I'm flexible as I work from home) and was flatly refused as my year is up in 3-4 weeks. Booking to see the dentist is very quick. I actually only need to see the dentist every 2 years as I've got great teeth so I wanted to maintain with a hygienist visit.

Such a fantastic dental practice. Everything from reception to having treatment always goes smoothly. Its a pleasure having my teeth looked after by all involved.

I had a tooth removed by Rhian and, as it was quite a difficult extraction, I was extremely nervous beforehand. Rhian was absolutely fantastic — she immediately recognised how anxious I was and took the time to put me completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, was very patient and gentle, and made the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism and couldn’t recommend her highly enough I find the whole Practice and the reception staff very friendly thank you.

Outstanding service provided by Jessica and her dental nurse at my recent appointment. I have recently changed practices to Murray Street and felt that I had a thorough check-up and scale and polish. Jessica explained everything clearly and gave me comprehensive advice & tools to maintain good dental hygiene. They were both very friendly, polite and professional. Also, as an added bonus, I was seen on time. Highly recommend.

So happy with my Invisalign results with Jessica! The full team from the receptionists to dentists were always friendly and helpful. Jess always took time to explain things clearly and went out of her way to ensure I was happy throughout. Would definitely recommend!

This by far the best Dental Surgery that I have been under the care of. Very welcoming reception staff who greet you as friends and the two dentists who I have seen Rhian and Ed have been absolutely first class. All options for treatment are discussed and you are made to feel very much part of the process. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
