I would like to thank my dentist, E Samuel. He has looked after my teeth for many years and I have always been delighted with the results. Recently a troublesome tooth has meant I required additional appointments. Mr Samuel has consistently treated me with patience, kindness and reassurance. He has listened to my concerns, explained and worked with professional expertise. I sincerely thank him and his team. I would also like to thank the Reception team and Adele who has also treated me with great kindness and enabled me to get the appropriate appointments and treatment. I have felt a valued patient. I have been a Denplan patient for a number of years, I find all staff professional and helpful, regular checkups need to be booked well in advance ,just be organised . In my experience ,i've always managed to get emergency appointments when I've needed them , no complaints, just positive all round .

Needed an emergency appt... got one same day. Told I would have to wait to be seen. No problem... I needed to see someone. I actually waited only 20 min! Thorough examination including xray, treatment options discussed in detail. I am extremely happy with the care I received. All staff are kind, friendly and very professional

I have only ever had positive outcomes over the 20 or more years visiting this practice. I accept that there are pressures for small businesses meeting the needs of the many, so occasionally appointments need to be rearranged. In my opinion EWS (dentist) is an excellent practitioner.
