Had my tooth extraction today by Maria and she was very reassuring throughout the procedure and Leah her assistant was very helpful. Fantastic job. No more pain.

Just been to Maria would like to give this lovely a great review. She is so caring, listens and has so much patience. I would recommend her and her nurse and the lovely girls on reception.

After waiting 12 months for a NHS appointment, I arrived ten o'clock at reception to be told it had been cancelled. I have been with the practice for over 16 years and have probably had 20% of appointments cancelled, with nothing available for another 4 months unless I go privately and then it can be next week.

I had an appointment just after i was 60 and joked with dentist that i no longer have to pay. A week later i get a letter to say they are going private. The dentist never said a word to me when i joked about no longer having to pay. Like another lady was told there are no nhs appointments, i was told the same so reluctantly joined their scheme. I feel robbed as i found out today they have an nhs dentist. They wont let me swap back now and after all these years, at 61 i need a filling costing over £200. I paid my dues all my life and get treated like this. I am over 60 and so should get free check ups, but no, i have to carry on paying monthly and treatment is even more on top. What happened to looking after OAP,s? Practice very unhelpful. I am so dissapointed.
