I am so lucky to have an amazing dentist like Hilary Owen and her assistant Christine at this practice. She has completed quite a bit of work on my teeth over the years and always fits me in asap if emergency and always puts me at ease. I was mortified recently when my front tooth cracked off, and I had a gap in the front, within half an hour of seeing hilary i was walking out with a new built up tooth i was amazed and really grateful. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful too. An excellent dental practice

I was seen as an emergency patient and the receptionists were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Krzysztof was extremely professional and I’m genuinely impressed by his work. He’s not only very skilled but also kind and attentive, making me feel completely at ease throughout the whole visit. It’s rare to meet a dentist who combines such expertise with such a caring approach. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the receptionist,whenever I come here she is always super friendly, helpful, polite, what a lovely lady. Its stressful for many visiting the dentist and she's superb!

Dentist (Krystoff) is excellent. However the receptionist is too busy discussing holiday destinations with other patients too actually acknowledge patients arriving and book them in. I consider it extremely rude too interrupt conversations, so I waited to announce my arrival( despite sitting opposite the desk) . In hindsight had I realized the receptionist was going to take soo long discussing visited countries and that my appointment was on the verge of being cancelled I would have interjected sooner.

Been today and like most people I don't like dentist but the receptionists are really great put me at ease and Dr krzysztof kacan is great and his nurse Zoe recommended for sure

Started treatment here recently, as I was badly let down by my regular dentist. Thomas Street was recommended by two friends of mine. Dentists and reception staff are pleasant, professional, sympathetic and efficient. Would highly recommend this practice. Thanks to you all

A very pleasant Dentist surgery. Receptionists are very attentive, pleasant and helpful very accommodating egen trying to make appointments. My Dentist is happy to discuss any concerns I have about my treatment, she makes me feel at ease as I am very nervous about the dentists. I feel very relaxed when she is treating me, very pleasant person
