After several bad experiences with dentists over the years, I developed a real fear of going and, as a result, neglected my teeth. Finding Crofton House Dentist, and especially Gopal, has completely changed that for me. Gopal is absolutely fantastic. He has such a calm, reassuring manner and immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and punctuality are second to none, and the whole team at Crofton House Dentist are friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. Thanks to Gopal’s care and expertise, I’ve regained my confidence—not just in dentists, but in my smile as well. I honestly can’t thank him enough. After years of being terrified of dentists and only attending in pain, I switched to this dentist after a recommendation from a friend. On my first visit, the lovely dentist Gopal listened to me and understood how I felt and was very reassuring about treating me. I was in a lot of pain with an abscess and a rotten tooth that needed to come out. Gopal did this calmly and considerately with the utmost care. I've been back for a follow-up visit where I had a chipped tooth filled and a scale and polish. Gopal's professional and caring manner has got my mouth in a much healthier state and has me feeling much happier about visiting the dentist (something I never thought I could feel). Having not seen a dentist for over a decade due to bad experiences, I was somewhat cautious what to expect. I need not have worried, the Crofton House team ensured that my check up and clean up were completed with the minimum of fuss and discomfort. I ask very satisfied with their treatment and knowledge sharing which is focused on self care and prevention. The dentist Gopal came highly recommended to me which influenced my decision. I feel compelled to write this review so that others may also benefit from my experience.

I’ve been with the practice a number of years and am extremely happy and satisfied with the courteous, friendly and highly professional level of service I receive. I came here today to have my first check up in a few years, the dentist was easily the best dentist I've ever seen. I also had my plaque dealt with as well as a teeth grinding night guard. He was informative and talked me through the entire process as well as how to floss and best techniques for teeth brushing, he made what can seem like a daunting experience to most a breeze. Prices are also very reasonable and absolutely accessible to all, they have plans if wanted too! The lady at the reception was also lovely, talked me through what was needed. This is an excellent dental practice, the best that I have ever been registered with after changing so many in the past few years. Staff are really friendly, pleasant and courteous. Both the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist along with their assistants are thorough and skillful in their assessment and any intervention required. They are also excellent in communicating various ways of keeping the teeth healthy based on individualized approaches and the best practice guidelines. The practice has a relaxing atmosphere and everybody is welcoming. The appointments are kept well on time and I have not so far had any cancellations. I also get a text message from the practice few days before my appointment as a reminder which is great. I am extremely happy with the service and recommend it highly for those who are looking for a reliable, well managed and person centered dental practice.
