Myself and my husband Harry moved to the area a few years ago and were looking for a new dental practice to register too. We were sold by 33 Dental because of the warmth and compassion shown by the whole team. Nothing is ever too much trouble for anybody, they listen, take their time with treatment and there is never any sales push. Its about our interests & comfort first always! Just today i have had my first treatment with 33 Dental. Being Autistic, i was very apprehensive and nervous, especially when it comes down to injections being needle phobic. Dr Ria was absolutely fantastic with me giving me extra time for the appointment, Dr Ria and her assistant explaining everything that was going to happen and they were so gentle. Honestly the whole filling procedure i didn't feel a thing! So thank you to the team at 33 Dental! 😀

I’ve been using this dental practice for nearly two years and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The whole team are so lovely, caring and professional. I had Invisalign treatment here which I was really happy with and the follow up care was great too. I also have check ups and hygienist appointments with the practice too.

Visited 33 Dental for a Check up and X-Rays, the staff were welcoming and the Dentist was knowledgeable. However the treatment plan provided after the examination was disappointing especially when paying a premium price of £85. Essentially I was just given a quote rather than detail results of the examination. I requested images of the x-rays over the phone and email however this request was ignored and instead a quote was provided again. I since then I visited another dental surgery for check up and x-rays for fraction of the price £35, and was provided detailed results, diagram and images straight away after the examination.

Thank you guys so much!! I can’t recommend 33 Dental enough my teeth are amazing I couldn’t be happier and so reasonably priced for cosmetic dentistry, if you’re looking for invisalign or composite bonding this is definitely the place to go!! Thanks so much xx

Be careful ….. I’ve just been charged for a ‘surgical extraction’ £350 when it ended up being a simple 10-minute appointment, priced at £180 on their website. I know I was referred with the expectation of it being difficult, but the tooth came out whole easily with no incisions, breakages or stitches. All very rushed as appointment booked hadn’t been recorded and I was squeezed in. Face and wallet hurting. NB so you’ve edited your response to this review to say that I was referred back to my own dentist?! Not the case and you had offered a complimentary review on the back of my complaint. I’ve ended up with a badly infected dry socket and went back to the comfort zone of my own dentist as I couldn’t face returning to your practice. Interestingly you haven’t responded to my email about that?! For the third time, 33 Dental have edited their answer to my review - they’ve now written more words than me! I would add that no treatment options and associated fees were discussed in full and I had that estimate put in front of me to sign a couple of minutes before I saw the dentist. At no point have I suggested that you ‘gave’ me the dry socket and at what point should I have been told that the fee included a follow-up appointment. And I certainly didn’t return as I WAS unhappy with the clinical treatment provided. I am not one to complain ever but feel really let down by this team.

Welcoming and professional. The receptionist is lovely and very welcoming. She always offers me a drink whilst I wait, and is really helpful in finding appointments that fit around my work schedule and allow me to get both of my appointments in at the same time (dentist + hygiene, as part of my dental plan). My dentist Rushina is always welcoming also, and I feel like she genuinely gives advice that would be best for me/my teeth (some dentists feel like they are trying to upsell / sell you dental treatment you don’t truly need - but you definitely don’t get that here).
