Forest House Dental Practice

Been coming to this practice a few years now and it’s a pretty good service overall the receptionists our helpful on the desk, Main reason for review today is for my new dentist allish. I’ve had 4 appointments recently for a new plate, and it was a kind friendly warm environment to walk into when in her room, and I actually felt like she helped me in those appointments Her assistants have always been great too. Thanks for all the help

I attended the practice for a filling replacement. I was nervous. But ria rughani and sara who treated me did a fantastic job. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, not even the needle going in to numb the mouth. Afterwards on completion of the procedure, the filling feels natural with no protrusion, I'm very pleased with the treatment, it's probably the best piece of dental treatment I've ever had. Very friendly and courteous and professional service. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all cost !! Butchers not dentist! Greatly disappointed with the overall service I received. Reception staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, once in the dentist room I noticed that the tools laid out were not clean and traces of blood from a previous patient were still visible! To say I was horrified would be an understatement, I then noticed the mould in the corner of the room which was very off putting to say the least. Needless to say I made my excuses and left before the appointment began. I would not expect this set up from an NHS service never mind when you are paying for private treatment.

I don't mind this dental practice and have been previously here when I was younger and have been amazing. But if you're a new NHS patient wanting to be registered at the dental surgery then it is impossible at the moment due to demand and not accepting new patients. However the receptionists/customer services responses need to improve. I have sent them an email before in question about Derma Fillers and haven't even received a response (I assume it's busy), and I don't know if it is because of the fact I'm trans or something or something else. I hope it isn't due to that, but I feel as if they could do a lot better in responding to emails regardless of what a query may be. If I haven't heard a response I'll email or call them again, but overall it's a good dentist however I feel as if the reception staff need to be trained on responding to emails regardless of the query instead of ignoring it.

My latest visit was my regular check up. As always this is a friendly and efficient service. I'm never nervous about visiting this dental practice Ria my dentist is extremely good and knowledgeable as I have a rare condition that can affect the mouth but she is fully aware of it

I have always been conscious about my teeth and since having invisalign braces and teeth whitening I have been really pleased with my smile. It has made such a big different to the way I look and feel about myself. I have had so many comments from my friends and they are now asking who I went to see. The team at Forest House Dental Practice were excellent every step of the way and I can't thank them enough. Always welcoming and I felt very well looked after. I am a very nervous patient and usually dread attending my dental appointments however, the team knew how to put me at ease at all times. Before I had the braces put in my dental treatments were always very thorough and virtually pain free. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing team and lovely practice who always make sure you are looked after properly. I loved the fact that there is a large car park and it was easy for me to get to since I worked nearby. Although I have recently had to go to a new dentist since i have moved away I am still very happy as they looked after me really well here. I felt safe and secure and would recommend that everyone in the local area registers here.
