Aylestone House Dental Practice

I have been attending the Aylestone House Dental practice for over 20 years and, during that time, I have seen several different dentists. My experience has always been very positive. I have always found the dentists, nurses and reception team to be professional, courteous and patient-focused. What I particularly value is that the care feels completely patient led. Treatment options are explained clearly, there is no pressure, and I have always felt involved in decisions about my dental care. The dentists I have seen have taken time to listen, answer questions and make sure I am comfortable before proceeding. I have also found their advice and expertise on dental issues to be excellent. Whether discussing routine care, preventative treatment or more specific concerns, the team explains things clearly and gives practical, considered guidance. I have always felt confident that their recommendations are based on what is genuinely best for the patient. Based on my long-standing experience over two decades, I have found the practice to be reliable, caring and highly professional. I have recommended the practice to family and friends, several of whom also attend. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team.

My initial experience here was excellent, dentist was gentle, polite and thorough. Unfortunately they left the practice and since then two newbies have joined a girl and a boy. They are young, arrogant, rude and insisting teeth that have previously been maintained need removing despite me being expressing desire to maintain rather than remove. To which she had looked at me in great contempt and refused to replace a damaged filling which was causing me pain. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I highly recommend this practice I have found every visit runs smoothly, I am a nervous patient but Roddy puts my mind at ease every time I come. I am over the moon with the work he has done in replacing my veneers and teeth whitening-it has given me my confidence and smile back. My children also come here and have all got on so well here

I've been going to Aylestone house for years and they have always been excellent in their treatment and patient service. I've recently had some specialist work done by Dr Dhroov Thanki and after just a couple of appointments the improvement was incredible. Thanks all - keep up the good work

Just started going here and after only 2 appointments I can see that this is a fantastic dental practice. Really friendly staff who are friendly, caring and really make sure you're made to feel welcome. Roddy is very calm and really puts you at ease, explaining everything perfectly.

Have been going there for check-ups for about 6 years now. Really happy with them. After another dentist told me I needed no fillings and yet another dentist told me I needed 3, Ritesh actually showed me (on camera!) the one place where I did need one. He always answers my questions patiently and thoroughly. I find him to be friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has a calm manner, so that helps me to relax when I visit. The dental assistants and receptionists are all lovely too and I think they are reasonably priced for what they do. I've moved away from the area and I still go back to them!

Best dental practice team and super-safe on Covid too! I have been visiting this practice for over 20 years; I used to love it for the amazing selection of newspapers and magazines in their luxurious waiting room. Now you wait in your car, have a temperature check and there are screens in reception, but there is still a lovely warm welcome and clear instructions about what to do. I have seen Roddy and Christian; both are really great dentists who are patient with those who are nervous. Roddy was particularly good with my children as they grew up; he took the time to advise me on things like the effects of thumb-sucking, and teaching them how to brush effectively. I was nervous about going back to the dentist during the Leicester Lockdown, but both Christian and Roddy along with their amazing team have made it a positive experience that felt very safe.
