Smile Essential Dental Practice

I've had the best treatments with this Dental practice. Everyone is lovely, kind and professional. I'm not keen on having things done dental- wise but felt very supported and informed and as comfortable as is possible. Follow ups have been really good too. Definately recommend.

Myself and my 5 children have recently joined this dental practice after a bad experience of our previous surgery, since myself and my children have had a check up which the dentist was Nichelle and I can not fault her, my children all enjoyed the dentist appointment which can not be said for any appointments prior to this and thanks to Nichelle and her lovely dental nurses my children now have a positive experience of the dentist. Since this appointment I've myself have had another appointment for a couple of fillings and I honestly couldn't Thank Nichelle and her dental nurse enough, I was very afraid about having injections and they were amazingly reassuring. While in my appointment I became upset and very shakey due to low sugar and they both were amazing, when I felt silly because I could drink as my face was numb they stayed reassuring, kind and empathetic. The way these ladies run this surgery to calm patients and show they are just normal people and understand is nothing short of amazing. Not forgetting the reception ladies who also are just as brilliant and kind. The atmosphere here is truly amazing. Thank you all for your kindness. I would recommend this dental surgery in a heartbeat. The care quality is A+ . The surgery is beautiful and calming.

Great staff and service at Smile Essential. Their Dental Plan is reasonably priced and I’ve had cause to have Emergency Dental treatment abroad this year. Reimbursement under the Dental Plan three weeks after the claim minus £15.00 excess. Excellent cover and peace of mind.

Believe it or not I have been coming to this practice in its present and previous forms for 67years !!The staff are friendly efficient and not to expensive! They offer first rate largely pain free high quality dentistry! Highly recommended.

I couldn’t fault this dentist even if I tried. I have a huge phobia of the dentist but since being pregnant my teeth have gotten worse so had to face the facts and go. The receptionist (Adele I think) was lovely, to everyone in the waiting room (which wasn’t overly crowded) and on the phone calls she made. The two dentist I saw (two younger women I can’t remember their names 😅) were honestly amazing! They spoke to me with compassion and patience whilst ensuring I understood everything that was happening/going to happen. I could tell they’d taken the time to read my notes were aware of my phobia, they also took the time to ask about my life and talk about theirs, helping me feel more at ease. My fear of the dentist is still very present but I feel much more at ease attending this dentist due to their kind and welcoming environment and staff. Thank you so much!!

I had an emergency appointment with Karishma on 9/4/26. Karishma was very thorough and absolutely lovely. Smile Essential is the best dentist, I always feel reassured and completely cared for. Julie Holmes 🙂

Been coming to this dental practice for some time now, everyone , friendly , professional, as much banter as you may wish to join in on but the key is they all know how to do some great dentistry , I will continue to use Smile Essential
