She was gentle, has a good sense of humour, and genuinely interested in hearing everything I had to say. It never felt like she was just doing her job—she really listened, understood my concerns, and took the time to talk through everything with me. She explained all of my options clearly and honestly, offering advice that felt tailored to me rather than pushing me in any particular direction. I left feeling confident and excited about my next steps. She is a real credit to the practice, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me. I had a great experience at Dental Wellness Centre. Anu and Tanbira were both very welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The hygienist treatment was excellent, very gentle, thorough, and everything was explained clearly. My teeth felt amazingly clean afterwards. Outstanding care and customer service overall. I suffer from gum disease and was afraid of losing my teeth. At my very first appointment, Dr Thanki made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I was in the right place for dealing with the disease. He is very knowledgeable and also very passionate about what he does and that also reassured me that I will get the best treatment I was looking for. I definitely have received the best treatment and both my gums and teeth feel lot healthier. I have also recommended Dr Thanki to friends for any treatment they need

I used this practice for my Invisalign treatment. They have been amazing. My dentist Krishna always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result and wouldn’t stop until I got my desired smile at the end. My experience with this clinic has been a frustrating one, mainly because the issue I originally attended for was never properly resolved. I first attended in October 2023 for an emergency appointment due to pain in one of my molars. I was advised that an existing filling needed to be replaced, and a follow-up appointment was arranged. The staff were friendly, and the clinic itself appeared professional and well presented. At the next visit, the filling was replaced. Once the anaesthetic wore off, I noticed something was not quite right. The tooth became very sensitive to touch from the outside, even light contact would cause sharp discomfort. There was also a noticeable lip on the filling near the gum line, where a fingernail or food could catch. The surface felt rough and uneven. Around three months later, I raised these concerns during a follow-up. I was told that polishing the filling should resolve the issue. While this improved the surface slightly, the lip near the gum line remained, along with the sensitivity and discomfort. Around six months later, I raised the issue again, as nothing had improved. I was reassured that everything looked fine and no further action was taken. I was also informed that I might be transferred to a different dentist in the future. At my next check-up, I was seen by a different dentist. I explained the same ongoing issues, but was again told that everything appeared fine, including on X-rays. During this appointment, I was advised that a crown might be required, which was concerning given that the original problem had still not been resolved. I decided not to proceed at that time. Over time, I adjusted by avoiding using that tooth altogether, which is probably not what anyone expects after treatment. I also began postponing check-ups, as I had lost confidence that the issue would be properly addressed. In hindsight, that may not have been the best decision, but it reflected my experience at the time. Due to external circumstances, I later saw a different dentist at another clinic. The issue was properly investigated, the filling was replaced, and the sensitivity resolved almost immediately. I was also advised that a crown was not necessary, and that the underlying issue had been elsewhere. Looking back, it is difficult not to feel that the problem was present for a long time but never fully addressed, despite being raised on more than one occasion. The staff were polite throughout, but the overall experience left me with a loss of confidence, which is not something I expected from private treatment. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to seek a second opinion if something does not feel right.

My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. So I would not recommend it. I first found the clinic through an emergency booking in August 2023 after chipping a tooth. During the initial check-up a treatment plan was prepared by dentist Aleesa and I began treatment that continued for around 2-3 years. During this time I had multiple crowns placed. In total, 4.5 crown procedures were carried out. After the placement of a half crown in 2025 I began experiencing increasing pain and even lost sleep because of it. Within about a month I ended up having another tooth extracted due to a serious infection that had reached the bone under one of the crowned teeth. Later, I attended a consultation for an implant, my dentist was changed to Milan. During this stage I again experienced ongoing pain in a tooth next to another crowned tooth, which was not properly addressed until I raised a formal complaint. After the complaint the clinic offered some fillings and suggested replacing one crown for free as goodwill, explaining that the tooth underneath was decaying due to a gap around the crown. This raised concerns for me, so I consulted another dental specialist for a second opinion. The independent specialist found that two crowns appeared to have gaps between the crown and the tooth, allowing food and bacteria to get stuck and causing decay underneath. I was also told that these crowns would need to be redone soon. Despite this, I still agreed to redo one crown at the clinic because they offered the replacement for free after my complaint. However, when I returned to the specialist two days later and new xrays were taken, I was informed that the replacement crown was actually fitted worse than the previous one. The xrays clearly show that the earlier crown fit better than the replacement. Currently I have a bad taste coming from underneath the crown and it needs to be washed 3 times a day to be bearable. So it is in need of replacement again. I have attached images showing the xrays before (left) and after (right) the crown replacement. The before image is already after the clinic had attempted to clean decay under the crown during the first free treatment they offered after my complaint. The after image shows the new crown that replaced it. I'm not a medical expert but even I can see that there is a noticable gap underneath the crown. As a result, I now have to redo this crown again... as well as another crown at a different clinic. All treatment at this clinic was done privately and paid for by me. While the clinic offered free corrective treatment after my complaint (which is documented in the treatment plan), they refused to refund any of the treatment that caused these issues in the first place. Unfortunately, the quality of the replacement treatment was so poor that I cannot even accept it, even if it is free. Overall, my dental health has significantly worsened during the 2.5 years I was treated here, and I am now facing additional procedures and costs to correct these problems elsewhere. Also, my wisdom tooth was neglected to a point that it was no longer treatable, so I had to extract it as well in another clinic.
