JDRM Leicester Dental Care, Part of Damira Dental Studios

I had an initial appointment with Felix Asekomhe when I registered with JDRM. He didn’t seem to be engaging and I thought ah well let me not judge him as it’s my first time to meet him and he could just be having a bad day. He booked me for a tooth extraction which was done today. Firstly he did not acknowledge my presence. It felt so awkward and I did not feel comfortable and did not feel safe at all. No information was given about the procedure. It was my first extraction and did not know what to expect. He spoke to me very sharply and he reprimanded me for things that were not explained to me in the first place. There was Zero communication. The only words that some out of his mouth were those of telling me off. I had a very bad experience. He did not even explain the procedure and what to expect like what other professionals do. They take their time to explain everything and check on you if you are okay. With this dentist there was no reassurance what so ever , all I got was very unfriendly and bad attitude The assistant was better, she explained the after care to me and the receptionists were fantastic

I had an emergency dental appointment today with Aishvary Arha, after experiencing days of discomfort with a gum infection. This was my first time at this dentist and I honestly can’t fault a thing. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Aishvary Arha was also very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. He explained everything in detail and made me understand what had happened in order for my gum to become infected. After receiving treatment at the dentist and a prescription of antibiotics, I am feeling a lot better, and I’m extremely grateful for their help and support.

Can't fault, had emergency appointment due to an abscess. I'm very nervous where the dentist is concerned and the dentist I saw didn't rush me, I felt I was in control, she explained everything she did and made sure I was happy with what happened during the whole appointment. Would totally recommend JDRM dental care 😊

I have a real phobia of dentiss. This week I had an emergency here in Leicester (I live in London). Conacted JDRM, lovely receptionist fitted me in this morning. Saw the dentist who was amazing, kind, calm, communicative and supportive. Her assistent was also very kind and professional. I am so grateful and pleased. THANK YOU🙏💯

You never answer the phone you cancelled our appointments and went to the building today at 5pm and was all shut down and closed when it states opening time is till 8pm? I needed an emergency dentist appointment. And to re schedule mine and my boyfriend’s appointment since you guys cancelled it but can’t even do that. And I was told I needed a root canal by one of your emergency dentists and when I was scheduled a routine appointment I was in and out in 2 minutes and said nothing was wrong with my tooth.. a few weeks later and that same tooth has cracked in half and now has an abscess above it so it was obviously infected. Don’t even bother..

Absolutely brilliant experience at JDRM. Having had constant disappointing treatment at my usual dentist in Oxford, I came here as an emergency. Dr A Patel was fantastic and I am so grateful to her and the welcoming and helpful reception and support staff! My ongoing problem has finally been sorted 🙏😁
