The Dental Suite - Leicester

I was reluctant to leave a review after my appointment last year but since reflecting on it, I feel it's necessary. My foot was swollen when I came into the clinic and the girl at the time (Aisha) seemed nice - to my face anyway - but when I had left the room she made a comment to the dentist about me and they laughed. I only heard the comment because I was going to go back into the room to ask about my whitening refill. I felt so uncomfortable I didn't bother. At the time I should have complained but I was seen by Maryam shortly after and she was so lovely. She's the only reason I'm giving this experience 3 stars.

I had a fantastic experience at The Dental Suite. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. I went in for a check-up and a hygienist appointment, and everything was explained clearly, making me feel completely at ease. If you’re considering dental care, I’d highly recommend speaking with them to get a personalised plan in place. Excellent service from start to finish!

Had a great experience with my hygienist Maryam. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable by explaining everything clearly. My teeth feel super clean, and she also recommended helpful products like a water flosser. Her assistant (I believe Aisha) was also very friendly and welcoming. Both took great care of me — highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dental Suite. They are all so friendly and kind!! They do everything they can to make me feel comfortable and they always provide excellent service. I was so scared of dentists, but this is gone now thanks to all of them. My treatment is ongoing. A big thank you to Cal, Jamie, Libbie, and to all the lovely nurses and the ladies at the reception.

I booked a hygienist appointment with Maryam and it couldn’t have gone any better! Considering it was my first professional cleaning, she ensured that I was extremely comfortable and gave me advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene. She was very helpful and sweet. I will be going back again in 6 months time!

I came to dental suite for teeth straightening and whitening for my wedding back in 2019 my teeth have remained beautifully straight and have given me so much confidence. I returned a couple of years ago when a nhs dentist informed me i needed a crown which i didnt really want. The dental suite dentist was able to do a filling which has now lasted and still in place a few years later .They use up to date video technology to show pictures of your teeth and problem area and will put x ray pictures on large screen to explain fully what issues you have. It is so reassuring to have a detailed explanation. I highly recommend the dental suite loughborough.

Very comfortable clinic with professional but friendly staff. Have been a patient for many years and never had a bad experience. All routine check ups completed in a timely and efficient manner. However have also had two lots of implants which, although quite lengthy, were done to such a high standard (thank you Adam!), with great aftercare.
