Bowling Green Dental Care

I had a routine 6-month check-up this morning and ended up needing a filling replaced after a small piece came off during my holiday. The dentist was absolutely brilliant — he cleaned everything up and redid the filling on the spot. I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t properly check it at the time, but when I looked shortly after, I was genuinely amazed. The filling blends so perfectly with my tooth that you honestly can’t tell where it begins or ends. It’s easily the best filling work I’ve ever had. I only wish I had caught the dentist’s name so I could thank him personally here — but whoever you are, thank you for such an excellent job. Really impressed with the care and quality!

Been with them for ages now. Really lovely staff, great Dentists, and most importantly they will remind you through about 40 different mediums when your appointment is coming up. I was reminded of my latest appointment via phone, e-mail, and an interjection at a séance.

Reception very impatient and rude, i did find her snappy in the past but it didn't bother me as much but this time apart from being snappy she insinuated i stole her pen just because i said let me check in case i put it in my bag by mistake she went on and say thats where all out pens goes. I only checked my bag to be on the safe side. This really upset me for a while after. A bit humiliating to be honest.

I’ve been with this dentist for many years now. They have always been great. The receptionist is by far the friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered. I always get a quick reminder call a day or two before, which is appreciated. The dentist is very professional, efficient, and friendly. They take the time to listen and explain what they are doing and why.

Had my routine follow-up today. Staff are lovely and engaging, booking appointments is always easy. I had forgotten about my appointment last week, which I was no longer able to attend, but this was easily amended and was changed to today, after the phone call they always make the day before your scheduled appointment. Very happy!

My first visit the dentist on Bowling Street in Leicester. Really impressed with communication before the appointment. Texts, emails and phone call to make sure I was still available for the appointment. Friendly reception staff and staff went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. Teeth in good condition so I just had a polish and shine. Back in 6 months. Thank you to the team. Living with HIV and they didn’t judge or make me feel uncomfortable. #UequalsU

The reception are nice,but the two new dentist are not doing the job. Three visits now and all they did was look around my mouth without actually checking my teeth. I told him about the problem with my teeth and I was told that if I need my mouth cleaning I have to do it private and this is after three 6 months visits to the dentist. My examination lasted for 5 minutes. My question is how much is the NHS spending for a patient mouth to be touched for five minutes without no actually work been done for them and the problem are still there because I work up this morning and I still can't have breakfast.
