Broad Street Dental Surgery

Fantastic staff. I felt very well looked after even though I’m no fan of the dentist. 100% would recommend 🙂

I underwent Sparks teeth aligning treatment and whitening with Dr Farr and the process was incredibly professional and straight forward. Dr Farr was always happy to answer any questions that I had, and after 9 weeks my teeth were straight, and I hadn't needed to go back in that time period at all. The whole process was so easy and I am really pleased with the result! I would highly recommend the Surgery and the treatment.

I don't normally leave reviews, but having recently joined Broad Street this year it's by far the best dental surgery I've ever been to. All of the staff, including the receptionists, dental hygienists, dental nurses and dentists, are friendly and compassionate. I've had both routine and an emergency appointment. On all occasions they took time to explain procedures, put me at ease, and offer good advice.

I had not been to a dentist for over 10 years. Like many I have a genuine fear of going to a dentist. The time had come to get my act together & pluck up courage to go. Based on the glowing Google reviews, I decided to contact Broad Street Dental Practice and ask for direct access appointment to see hygienist. My theory being if I could cope with an hygienist appointment, I could then register for the dentist. I have seen Kay the hygienist twice now. I cannot praise Kay enough for her patience, calmness and explaining everything to me. I definitely would not have returned for a second appointment if I did not feel safe & at ease. I have now registered to see the dentist. Has my phobia of dentist's gone? Nope & I don't expect it to but finding someone like Kay and the team at Broad Street Dental Practice who are understanding, friendly & caring is a great thing for me. Thank you Kay and team.

I've been assigned a lovely, patient dentist, Miss K Lloyd. I was booked in after 15 years of not going to the dentist (awful I know) and I took my 2 year old daughter with me to get her used to the Dentist (as advised by the reception staff). I was a little worried about how it would work with a toddler but Miss Lloyd told me she could sit on my lap if she wanted! Which she did and sat there watching me have my checkup. Miss Lloyd even took my daughter with her whilst taking the x-ray and let her press the button. A thoroughly enjoyable experience considering how terrified I was. Thank you!

Always a fantastic service from Dr Farr & the team at Broad Street Dental Surgery. After switching from an NHS practice I immediately noticed the longer more in depth appointments, faster wait times and a more specialist, well-rounded service. If you truly care about your teeth and oral hygiene this is definitely the place to go. I recently had a course of teeth whitening with Dr Farr which has given excellent results. Everything was explained clearly from the start which gave me confidence in the treatment and a real understanding of what was going on. Would definitely recommend!!
