I had my teeth straightened, whitened and fitted with night time retainers, it took 7 months and I am over the moon. The care and service I had from Georgie, and all the staff including the reception staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend them, coming from someone who has been slightly nervous, it has been a pleasant experience.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Our little one fell over and unfortunately lost her front tooth. From calling the surgery through to seeing Georgie and sarah in the surgery they were all so fab and kept us at ease. Both friendly and professional- very clean, woukd definitely reccomend to my friends and family.

They tried to cancel my appointment on the same day. When my name was called into the clinic room, I was essentially questions why I wasn’t on the list, with the assistant having a very cynical attitude toward the situation. I was questioned about why I wasn’t on the list. The checkup was incredibly rushed with the gums barely being checked. It didn’t feel thorough at all. I had to point out issues that were not picked up on the checkup that will then have to be addressed on another appointment. It then felt awkward, as if I was overstaying my welcome. I then was asked to book in no earlier than two weeks, which I repeated to the receptionist. Upon the receptionist hearing this, she stormed off into the dentist to have a go at the dentist, which could be heard by all in the main waiting area. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I appreciate it was an nhs dentist slot however, quality of care should not be diminished just because of this and the receptionist should have been more professional in my opinion. Overall I left feeling quite unhappy with my experience and had a real lack of confidence in the care I received.

Great experience at the practice today. Georgie the dentist and her nurse were very welcoming and efficient. I also got to meet Dave the practice manager who was very knowledgeable. Thank you to all the team

recently become a patient with my dentist st.owen street. I've never had a dentist and got in very quickly which was amazing. staff are very nice and understanding towards anxiety. (not everyone likes the chair 🤣) a really positive dentist 😁 very happy with the service I've had. 😁

The lady on reception was extremely helpful and lovely. The whole team were great, especially with my little girl, and would recommend! Overall my experience has been second to none and have been very happy with the service (even if I did need a filling!)

Shocking cancellation excuses over the years ,broken chair ,flooding ,power cut and in August works injury ,then I'm given another appointment for 5th August to then be changed without reason 3 days before to 12th August if your willing to go private the service seems to improve seems NHS patients are not important I have been with this practice for 35 years and the decline is shocking
