I was treated by a student dentist called Arvin (sorry if I’ve spelt this wrong) and he was absolutely amazing! I’m terrified of that kind of setting and he was so lovely, talking through everything he was doing and chatting to keep me calm. Really great experience. Thank you

Generally speaking , as have been attending this practice for decades, I have had very good service. The receptionists are very helpful and polite. The hygienists are extremely good. The dentists used to be fantastic, but since approximately 2020, rather hit and miss!! However, mostly good. The worst thing about the practice of late, in my experience are the appalling prices! For instance, approximately 1 year ago, I needed a filling in my upper incisor, I had this done by a foreign trainee, and it seemed very good at the time. Less than 11 months later the filling fell out, and I arranged for another appointment to replace it. At the time the original filling cost £135 approximately . This month, the same filling, in the same tooth, took less time to replace, by an obviously more experienced dentist, (she was very good), but,.. now cost me £264!! One would have thought that I'd have a discount as the initial filling didn't even last 11 months!! But, no... Double the price in less than a year for exactly the same thing!! Absolutely disgraceful, rip off.!!!!

Dental checkup with Dr Perumal . Had a great experience. He was professional and polite . I think this must have been one of the most thorough check ups I’ve ever had . Discussed his findings with me and recommendations. Have no qualms about my upcoming appointment with him . Many thanks 😊

Be sure to add an hour to your journey. We experienced all that Cornwall roads can throw at us, volume of traffice, slow moving tractor, unexpected road works. We rang to let them know we were stuck in traffic and were thanked for informing them, as we pulled up in front of the building we received a call from a very embarassed receptionist saying the dentist had cancelled my appointment as we were 10 minutes late. I have never attended a medical appointment and not had to wait, never complained because life is full of unexpected occurences. No negotiation even though we were right outside the building. Totally wasted journey from Threemilestone and my tooth continues to hurt. Be warned because there was no warning verbally or anywhere on their website.

Had to have an emergency appointment this morning for excruciating toothache in 2 front teeth. Mrs Pamela Fray put me at ease about it straight away as I was petrified at having 2 teeth out. I found her absolutely professional and caring. Would highly recommend this surgery

I find it hard to believe it’s the same place when I see one star reviews! This is a fabulous dentist. The reception staff are compassionate and do what they can to help you when in need. The nurses are friendly and in fact every member of staff here I have come across have been fantastic. In a time when any public facing role, let alone health care, is virtually impossible with the constant rule changing, these guys do their utmost to deliver quality care. Keep up the good work
