I recently took my brother, who has a learning disability, in for a polyp removal on the inside of his cheek, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care he received. Alicia and her assistant were truly exceptional. They showed so much patience and kindness, explaining everything clearly and making sure he felt comfortable throughout. The operation itself was quick and smooth, with very little down time. Their professionalism and compassion made a world of difference to us.

Rikesh Chandarana has done a fantastic job with my new plate with two false teeth on. He is a brilliant young man that knows his trade well and I have 100% confidence in him. He has a lovely calm manner and is very polite.

Disappointing experience. After waiting nearly a month for my appointment, I received a call less than 24 hours beforehand informing me that it had been cancelled. To make things worse, the earliest new date they could offer was another two weeks away. This level of unreliability and poor customer service is incredibly frustrating, especially when you have tooth pain and are struggling with it.

When we moved one thing we didn't change was our dentist. We had been with Kimberley Park Dental Practice Falmouth for circa 30 years Dr Rowley and his colleagues had always provided us with excellent service always taking time to explain procedures and ensuring our comfort at all times. Wherefore after moving we had no hesitation in making a 52 mile round trip to go too the dentist!

I recently attended Kimberley Park Dental Practice and it was very good indeed. Dr Alicia Roberts was my practitioner and she was so understanding and patient , as well as being extremely efficient. For someone who, like many people, dread going to the dentist, she made the whole process comfortable and easy! I cannot recommend her enough.

I recently left this practice after many years due to the way the reception manager dealt with my concerns over my recent past treatment (only 3.5 months prior) & myself attempting to ascertain a way forward for possible work / assessment on the issue. I should say at this point I was unsure what this would have been & indeed if it was from previous work or a new issue. I felt until I had been seen by a dentist, I had no way to know, but this didn’t happen. Needless to say the conversation between myself & said practice manager wasn’t the best, & it’s not something I wanted to have to deal with again. I’ve since moved practice & my dental issue has been resolved together with a lovely friendly approach by the reception team! Of course I appreciate that practices have rules & timelines for appts / checkups etc, BUT this aside, as it was more about the interaction I had that was disappointing to say the least. A lesson in client customer care would & really does go a long way.

I was a little apprehensive about this appointment as I have residual vertigo following a recent illness. I need not have worried. First, I was put at ease by a friendly greeting from Sam on reception, then from Andrew and his nurse. Andrew was then as helpful and considerate as ever on my routine 6 monthly appointment, regularly checking and ensuring that I was comfortable. Another friendly greeting from the hygiene nurse, Jan, and I then met Jeffin for the first time, who did a brilliant job advising me on how best to care for my teeth. Ably assisted by Jan, he then thoroughly cleaned and polished every tooth while also regularly checking that I was comfortable. Jan worked quietly and efficiently in partnership with him to ensure that I was okay as she suctioned water from my mouth. My thanks to all involved for their consideration and empathy during what turned out to be a very positive experience.
