I’ve recently changed to this dental practice and can honestly say this was the best hygienist appointment I’ve ever had. Painless and comfortable.
Alison, dentist is friendly, polite, good conversationalist with a sense of humour, easily puts people at ease. Hygienist lovely lady and dental nurses one of which i saw yesterday in particular is new, was probably the best in making experience comfortable. Positive experience, think its a first i could have fallen asleep in hygienist surgery i was so relaxed.
Always the most efficient, professional and polite interactions and treatments from all members of the team. Reception and waiting area has received a refurb, looks fab and very welcoming. Thankyou! Bal
At a recent visit to my Dentist I was informed that Doel was retiring from the Practice. I was very sorry to hear this as she is a very competent, caring person as I've come to realise over 5 /6 years.
Excellent care and attention today at St Francis Dental Practice starting with warm welcome from Receptionist to Dental Check up involving x-rays with my Dentist assisted by her Nurse.
The team at St Francis are the best been with them since they moved to Chandlers Ford (and before in Southampton) would not want to go anywhere else
Pleasantly impressed with the revamped reception/waiting area at the practice. Good subtle relaxing colour scheme. Reception staff and dentists/ hygienists are very friendly and welcoming my wife and I are very happy with the practice.
