I had such an outstanding experience at my recent hygienist appointment! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease thanks to the warm, friendly atmosphere and genuinely welcoming from Bekah and Jas. Beckah and Jas was absolutely fantastic, professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel informed and relaxed throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated how attentive they were, regularly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The cleaning itself was meticulous and comfortable, and I could genuinely feel and see the difference afterwards. My teeth have never felt so clean and polished! On top of that, I was given really helpful, personalised advice on maintaining my oral health at home no rushed explanations, just thoughtful care. My experience was really positive and genuinely a 5-star experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for expert care delivered with kindness and professionalism. Thanks so much Jas and Bekah for a great job and really appreciated the blue casing for my retainers.

I had a 45 minute hygenist appointment, which was necessary due to a period of time where I'd neglected my teeth. Staff were friendly and welcoming and I appreciated the care taken to minimise the pain caused! All in all an excellent service, resulting in clean, plaque-free teeth.

Have had several procedures done here, as well as regular hygienist and dental appointments. The staff are friendly and efficient and the level of service and of the work done has been excellent, thoroughly recommend.

I have every confidence in my Dentist and the treatment at the Surgery is always very good. However, I do wonder whether the cost of Dental treatment needs to be quite so high? Nearly £300 for less than half an hours work seems quite expensive.

Have been with this clinic for a number of years. Today was supposed to be repair to a filling that had fallen out. Was told it’s just an inspection!! I would have to make another appointment to get the repair done. What a money making con!! They already had all my x rays ect. From previous treatments. They were late back from lunch, then the assistant decided to have a 10 minute chat with the receptionist about nothing then looks at me and calls my name . So 20 minutes past the appointment time I’m told it’s an inspection!! What a waste of time of my time . What happened to customer service.?.? When I contacted them I explained in detail what was wrong. At no point did the receptionist tell me it was an inspection. Just another way of building up visits to charge you. Not acceptable. Communication is very lacking on this.. beware……. They do have a lot of issues with staff turnover. I can see why? I’ve now cancelled their service and so is my wife going to cancel hers. End.

I always feel that I am in the best possible hands, Martyn and Lesley are warm, welcoming, and so kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I really appreciate the service they give. Thank you.
