Fryern Dental Practice

I have been with Fryern Dental Practice for 13 years, i came to them after bad experiences from past dentists also stemming back from the school dentist, I used to take Valium to actually get me to dentists in the past relying on friends and family to take me. I started at Fryern Dental Practice with being sedated to get my teeth up together and gradually over the years have gained trust and built up confidence to have fillings and a recent crown done without sedation, the whole team from the lovely receptionists who greet you, Poppy and Claire the nurses and my lovely dentist are amazing they put you at ease, the nurses still have to hold my hand. 2 weeks ago I had a tooth extracted without sedation just a little diazepam and was absolutely fine, I feel my fear of dentists has now passed thanks to their understanding and care they shown me.

I had my first visit as a new patient at Fryern this week. Everyone was wonderfully attentive and friendly. My new patient examination with Dentist Lally, and Nurse Becky was excellent, both staff members put me at ease and made me feel very welcome. This was followed by a fantastic scale and polish with Hygienist Laura and Nurse Emilia, both of whom were very warm and friendly as well. Laura's technique was superb. Gentle, yet thorough; my teeth have never felt so clean and healthy!

I would like to thank my very skilled dentist Tim Barker for doing such a great job with my root canal treatment today. My infected molar was causing me a lot of pain. He was very gentle and reassuring as I was a bit nervous. Amelia the dental nurse was very helpful to me and put me at ease. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dental practice!

This was my first appointment with Laura who although experienced I think is fairly new to this practice. I found her to be extremely professional and thorough with a lovely manner, explaining her findings and recommendations clearly as she examined me. She was very gentle and came across as a very caring dentist. I would thoroughly recommend her - she is a real gem! 🤩

All of the staff make me feel welcome and I feel very well looked after. They give me very good advice on how to take care of my dental hygiene and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I am very nervous of going to the dentist but Emma and her team talked me through everything and put me at ease. I had sedation for extraction and fillings and my treatment was brilliant. I recommend Fryern Practice without any hesitation. Thank you Emma and all your team x 😊

I recently had a crown fitted by my new dentist, Laura Sharpe, at Fryern Dental Practice and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Laura did a truly lovely job — the crown looks and feels completely natural. The whole experience was as good as I could have hoped for. Laura has such a pleasant and calm demeanour, which really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I felt well cared for from start to finish.
