The appointment was for my son, the services provided was really good. The staffs were very friendly and supportive during the process. They made my son so comfortable. The patience showed by the Doctor and the nurse was really amazing. All the support and guidance from South cliffs is much appreciated.

Very disappointing experience. During my previous visit, I was told that I needed to complete a hygiene appointment before the dentist would fill my tooth. I followed their recommendation, paid for the hygiene treatment, and returned expecting the issue to be resolved. However, after completing the hygiene appointment, the dentist only agreed to fill one tooth and refused to treat the other one that I had originally raised concerns about. This was completely different from what I had been led to expect. I spent a long time discussing this with the dentist, trying to understand why the treatment plan had changed, but the explanations were unclear and inconsistent. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and misled. Unfortunately, I came away with the impression that the focus was more on selling additional treatments than on addressing the dental problems I originally came in for. As a patient, I expect transparency, clear communication, and honesty about what treatment is actually required. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. The dentist and the dental assistants were highly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The entire team is amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I had my hygiene treatment today and wanted to share my experience. I’m usually quite nervous about dental visits, but Gauthami was absolutely wonderful. She was very gentle, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. She also explained everything clearly, which really helped reduce my anxiety. Thank you for such a positive experience,I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you feel anxious about dental treatments!

I haven't had a dentist for around 5-6 years and have stacked up a lot of damage to my teeth in that time, due to this I became worried about attending appointments since I've had bad experiences with other dentists before. I am the most relaxed I've ever been when it comes to dentist appointments now, the staff are so understanding and get the job done. I've had about 6 fillings in the space of a month which is amazing since I can't chicken out, haha! It's also nice to have things explained as they're being done as it puts me at ease, thank you! My teeth are nicer than they've been in years and I'm incredibly happy! Thank you very much 🙂

I had a really great experience with Gauthami, the dental hygienist. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and explained everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive dental experience!

Very professional treatments at a very reasonable price. The dentist is incredibly friendly, and the staff are absolutely lovely. I was fully informed about all my options, including costs and treatment plans, and every step was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand. They truly make you feel at home and completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The team works together beautifully such a fantastic unit.
