Smile Dental Care - Eastleigh

Have just returned from a brilliant family appointment with our new appointed Dentist, Michael. The kids were engaged throughout and understood everything that was happening and he even managed to keep my 2 year old calm enough to have a proper examination. Both myself and husband were really happy with his professionalism but also really approachable and was happy to discuss anything we asked regarding our families dental treatment. Amazing service!

Outstanding service! 5 stars. I've been in 12 months of discomfort while under another dental surgery. After repeated attempts to fix my issue by the previous dentist Ali and her team got me in and Michael fixed me in just over an hour! Amazing work. I'm very pleased to report the root canal procedure was completely painless as well. Overall a great experience

Normally I have a good experience here, but this evening, my mum and I were waiting at the front counter for around 15 minutes when it was practically empty whilst two receptionists were talking with another patient. Very poor customer service as we were not acknowledged once when we were very clearly waiting patiently. When we were finally being spoken to, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. I understand that these situations are inevitable at times, but there were plenty of staff around and it is standard customer service to at least acknowledge your patients. Very unimpressed.

The service here is the worst I’ve come across. I had an appointment with the hygienist. This appointment was communicated to me by the receptionist verbally. The time got mixed up in my head and instead of at 8:30 he said, I showed up at 10:30. Got there and he said I was booked for 8:30, I apologized and said oh I must’ve misheard him the previous day and asked how I can reschedule. That was when he mentioned they have a policy stating no refunds or rescheduling of hygienists appointment after it has been missed. Mind you I explained to him I had not received call from them for any reminder or stating the was any policy of that sort. He keep reiterating they called me and sent a voice mail and he could see that in their system but on my end I couldn’t see any miss call from them or a voice mail. He ended by saying there is nothing that can be done apart from me paying for another appointment. He also kept interrupting me whilst I was trying to make my point too. I wouldn’t recommend this because it’s very exploitative. I’ve never heard that appointments can’t be rescheduled, atleast even for a fee. And even if that was the case, this is supposed to be communicated to all customers. This is total nonsense.

First visit for treatment. I cannot fault the service I received. Reception staff were also excellent. I will be very pleased if this standard remains for future visits

Had emergency appointment yesterday phoned at 9 30 seen at 3.00 dentist and her assistant who treated me were wonderful kind understanding and some humour had to have tooth out. Just wanted to say how much I appreciated their kindness and care . Thankyou. Maureen Ashley

I was always petrified of dentist till I came here. Dentist Michelle and nurse chloe put me at ease. I had multiple teeth removed all under there wonderful kind care .I've just had my dentures completed and I couldn't be happier. I now have my smile back 😁thank you so much ! And a shout out to the lovely receptionist Samantha (blonde lady )for arranging all my appointments swiftly. Lovely young lady .thank you !.
