I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist and needed a tooth extraction, Caitlin was fantastic, so caring and understanding which made the process go really well. Would absolutely recommend especially if you are nervous. The waiting room is lovely as well very on trend!

I had such a wonderful first appointment with White Friars Dental team today. From the start they showed warmth, care and engagement. The office itself is so nice and clean, as well aesthetically pleasing! Everyone showed immense knowledge, and great compassion. I have just recently had my front tooth cap replaced for cosmetic purposes by Caitlin. It was a massively difficult decision for me & I was dreading it. The whole experience was so easy because Caitlin made it so comfortable & the result is amazing! I can’t thank her enough.

I have been at this practice for over 50 years but have to say that my current dentist, Fran Martinez and his dental team are the best yet. They are friendly, calming and explain everything clearly. I had a front implant 9 years ago, fitted by Dr Martinez and I haven’t had a moments problem. In addition Sue the hygienist is fantastic too. She is always happy and smiling but equally professional and very thorough. The receptionists are wonderful too. All in all the team make, what isn’t always the appointment that you most look forward to, a very pleasant experience.

I was a very nervous patient when I first went to this practice but Mr Martinez and team have changed that completely. I even had implants done and was very well looked after. The receptionist are so kind and friendly the nurses professional and caring. I love visiting Sue the hygienist as we have a laugh in between all the hard work on my teeth!! Thank you. Sue Brydon

I attended this practice today for my first hygienist appointment. Matt was extremely professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and also gave me tips on how to floss. He made the experience as "fun" as it can be! Couldn’t recommend enough
