Primo Dental Chester

From start to finish, my experience with Primo Dental was so easy and stress-free. I did have to go back to my NHS dentist to get some work completed beforehand, but once that was done Primo booked me straight in again promptly with no issues at all. The dentists and receptionists were all incredibly friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any concerns or questions I had throughout the process. I previously had composites on half of my front tooth after it had snapped off before Dr. Alex fitted my veneers, but he was still able to carry out the procedure perfectly without any problems. I’m so happy with how my smile looks now and honestly can’t thank Dr. Alex and the whole team enough. I would highly recommend Primo Dental to anyone considering treatment!

Nothing but a faultless experience with Dr Nichola who was extremely attentive and professional. I had x10 Emax Veneers and completely in love with the end result. Would recommend everyone to go to Primo. Jess & Lauren were also extremely helpful and made the process so easy!

Sarah has been brilliant — really knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, from the treatment plan to what’s coming next. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Lauren is always so warm and welcoming too. She remembers the little details about you, which makes every visit feel really personal and friendly. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Sarah and Lauren enough — they make going to the dentist such a positive experience! I can't wait for the finished results ❤️

Fantastic cosmetic and restorative work on my teeth! Dr. Sarah and Lauren were amazing. From my very first consultation with them, I knew I was in good hands. They were completely professional, realistic, and down-to-earth, giving me a clear, step-by-step explanation of the treatment plan and expected outcome. After several appointments, I now have the best smile—and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. The entire process was painless (yes, truly!). From the trial smile to the temporary and permanent fittings, everything was quick and exceeded my expectations. I 100% recommend them!

Dr Georgis and the entire team made what I thought would be stressful experience incredibly smooth and comfortable.
