Just been for my appointment and I had a different dentist than usual. Her name was Jess, I suffer with severe anxiety going the dentists and jess was amazing, patient and reassuring. Jess gave me a few options regarding my dental work needed which was lovely. I left looking forward to going back for my next appointment which is something ive never felt before. Thank you so much great service.

I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude to Dave O (David). I live on the Wirral and was initially very unhappy with my dental care. However, since meeting Dave I’ve been thoroughly reassured and his professional advice has been invaluable. He’s explained my dental health clearly and recommended the right treatments. I’ve even had work done for a fraction of the cost I’d pay at my dentist on the Wirral. Dave truly deserves a Ballon D’Or – he’s an absolute class gentleman. It’s a real pleasure now to have him as my dentist and his team. I hope he and his team read this. A special shout out to the receptionist who’s always smiling and so helpful on the phone. I am the type of customer who goes elsewhere if the service isn't up to my expectations, or someone is abrupt or brusque. I have been a patient here for 31 years, which shows how good this practice is and always receive excellent, friendly service. When I've needed work doing, it has been well explained and performed in a manner that has been comfortable for me. I am a patient of Dr Alex Cooper and she listens, is compassionate and explores and investigates the issues, in order to ensure that the patient is reassured and happy. Everyone, from reception to Dentist and their support staff are superb. I can't speak highly enough of BH and being part of the BH family.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a decade, so when I finally decided it was time to get my teeth sorted, I was a bit nervous about what I’d be walking into. I needed quite a few fillings and wanted to start properly looking after my teeth again. From the very first appointment with Mr. Irfaan Sattar and his amazing nurse Gina at Bank House Dental Practice, I knew I was in the best hands. Mr. Sattar is genuinely exceptional; calm, professional, and incredibly skilled. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed a thing, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process. His reassuring approach and attention to detail turned what I thought would be quite a stressful experience into something surprisingly positive. Gina was brilliant too, friendly, gentle, and always one step ahead in making sure I was relaxed and at ease. Together, they make a fantastic team who truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful to them both for helping me get back on track with my dental health. I actually look forward to my appointments now — something I never thought I’d say! If you’re in or around Chester and looking for a dentist who really goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Mr. Sattar and Gina highly enough.

I can't even explain the happiness I feel from the help of everyone at bank house. I suffer with autoimmune disease and teeth grinding during sleep that are both contributing to tooth decay and breakage. Bank house staff have proactively made steps for me to help reduce further issues. I'm a nervous patient and they are very understanding, kind and professional. I've had fillings, prescribed toothpaste and a mough guard (which was adjusted for me on the day of collection). Jess is normally my dentist and she's amazing, very very gentle with the needles and a calming presence. Her dad also fantastic and very personable. And I love the reception lady she's adorable. I've never had an issue getting an appointment and never waited more than 10 minutes over my appointment time. I've been at several dental practices in the past and this is by and far the best one.

My dad was there a few weeks ago and got his dates mixed up.He felt so embarrassed. Thanks to Georgia, who sorted this for him and got him seen very quickly by Ifan who was equally as helpful. Dad was so pleased with the work he did on his teeth he was thrilled to bits. He was bowled over with their kindness and nothing was too much trouble. It’s great to see that the standards are still so high. A big cheers and salute to the Dentists who still help out NHS patients. Well done, great teamwork.

Good afternoon, my husband and I had our first dental treatment at Bank House Dental Practice a couple of weeks ago. Apologies for the delay in posting our review, we have been away on holiday. I would like to say what a lovely greeting we received from Samantha, the receptionist on the ground floor. Entry into Bank House. So friendly efficient and polite. Upstairs in the waiting room we're two more receptionists also really nice and helpful. Sorry I did not catch their names. We have been put under the care of Mr Irfaan Sattar and what a wonderful caring dentist he is. We had seen him initially in March for our Examination and xrays. All went very smoothly. Irfaan addressed the problems our teeth had been causing. He advised of the treatment required to resolve the problematic teeth. Explained it all in a very clear way. He is so nice to chat to and made us feel at ease. Also Gina his dental nurse is fantastic. Both of them greeted us with a big smile and a calming rapport. I have always been quite anxious about going to the dentist because of passed experiences as a child and young adult a bit of a scardy cat. On the day of our treatment I didn't need to feel like that at all. Irfaan explained all the way through the appointment what he was doing and checking if we were ok assisted by the lovely Gina. My husband had a tooth extracted and felt no pain at all. It has completely healed with no issues. I had a deep rooted complex filling done. Irfaan carried out the procedure with great skill and precision. He has advised it may need a crown to protect the tooth but will monitor it for now. I am more than happy with this outcome and so greatful Irfaan has been able to save my tooth.
