Chester Dental Centre

I am very nervous of going to the dentist and told Dr Hossein this prior to my treatment. He treated me with kindness and empathy throughout. After many bad experiences with dentists I would most definitely go back to Dr Hossein again!

Paid £50 upfront for my appointment, had my appointment time and date messed up twice by reception and am still waiting for my apointment refund 8 months later. Have escalated to the DCS Dental Complaints Service but still nothing. Yet I am getting marketing spam from them regularly despite deregistering from them and being in an ongoing formal complaint. Worst dental practice I've known!

This is a lovely dental practice. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. They are also very efficient. My dentist has made a super job of my root canal and has been so very supportive with any concerns I felt; he is very thorough, professional, and re-assuring. I am so pleased I have found him as I have faith and confidence in him. Margaret

I discovered Chester Dental Clinic after trying and failing to find an NHS practice. I have nothing but good things to say about the team, the service and the prices for treatment.

I must say I found this dentist so rude and hostile almost as he doesn't want any business at all. I had a chip on a tooth and he applied composite bonding on which was not polished off after and blended which left an uneven blend and discolouring even the colour match was off and not the same as my original bonding from a great dentist in Kent. I believe this dentist have no experience in bonding whatsoever. Overall I felt he just did not want the business and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome . AVOID!! Find a friendlier dentist and one that can deliver.

Very good service. Have been using this dental centre for a number of years. They are efficient, friendly, punctual. All the staff are really nice.

Absolutely shambolic! Run away fast... Poor quality dentists from 3rd world countries that can barely speak English. Had a big filling put in without prep or cleaning and fell out after 1 year.. when reported this, the practice manager said that it was a temporary filling so I was shocked because I definitely asked for a permanent filling (but the dentist Kwan Wang could barely speak english so yeah, makes sense). I wasn't even told that it was temporary.. then she said the dentist that did my filling Kwan Wang doesn't even work there anymore.. I wonder why 😄... I was never offered a free replacement filling as gesture of good will nor an apology for the terrible miscommunication, poor workmanship and incompetence on their side. This is the most pathetic, cheap and poor quality Dental Practice I've ever been to. I think they should have their licence revoked... They are playing with the oral health of their patients just to maximise profits 😏 I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dodgy place! I would give -5 stars if I could 🙄
