Bupa Dental Care Bishops Stortford

I attended BUPA Dental Care Bishops Stortford in April 2026 to request a price for a dental implant or a 3 tooth bridge - needed advice re which. Saw a Dentist, Nadeem - really good. I however never received the requested price. I chased up today, tried numerous times to get through on the phone, and some hours later received an email detailing costs for x ray, extraction, etc. I once again called. Got the rudest young lady on the phone that I have spoken to in some years, she did nothing but constantly interrupt and eventually said she was not medically trained and would put me through to someone that was. She was just as interrupting but also very full of herself and just as rude. I ended the call. These people should not speak to senior citizens like thus. RUDE RUDE RUDE AVOID AVOID AVOID. ALSO INCOMPETENT. WORSE THAN USELESS

Front of house staff are always helpful & polite. Getting an appointment has never been an issue. I have been with the practice for 20 + years. I've had 3 dentist in that time. Always informative & patient with my nerves. Also dental nurses excellent at hand holding. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery to anyone.

Chee fung chen is now my dentist, if you can take constructive criticism then you will appreciate what she has to say. Id rather know work my side needs to step up rather than thinking im doing fine and then it would seem out of no where I needed work doing like a filling etc. Clearly knows what she's talking about. She shoots from the hip, not everyone can react positively to that style though, so if you're a bit more sensitive to criticism then she may not be the dentist for you.

This is an excellent practice. I have been coming here for many years. You don’t always associate ‘ going to the dentist’ as a pleasurable experience but this couldn’t be better. The reception team are friendly and efficient and my dentist Aysha is excellent - puts you at ease and gives good advice. Thank you everyone !

My first visit to the Bupa dental care and I can say with absolute confidence that it was the best treatment I’ve ever had. I was there for a slightly complicated extraction and was beyond nervous, however Suki and Chloe were just amazing and within minutes I was calm and relaxed and before I knew it, it was all done. I’ve strangely had no pain at all and am happy the job was done perfectly. I couldn’t be happier and I would 100% recommend Suki and Chloe over any dentist I’ve ever seen.
