Riverside Dental Practice

Fantastic dental practice that we have used for 22 years. I was originally treated by Lampros but I now see Arnie, who is an equally excellent dentist. The reception team are all polite, helpful and efficient. The practice has done a great job maintaining my many decades old metal fillings, as well as dealing with a broken tooth when one of the metal fillings finally gave out.

Almost impossible to book an appointment even months in advance. It can only be done during office hours and after waiting in a long queue. Called many times over many days before getting a human. Then they need a deposit for each person even if you are booking for the whole family. Reciting the card number verbally and having it work for one booking but not for the other. No idea why it doesn’t work. Now waiting on refund on the booking that was debited or I’ll have to dispute with card company. They cannot just take the money for all at once. Or just be flexible to accept the one payment that went through as enough. Very inflexible and customer unfriendly booking and payment process with inflexible front desk. They just lost a family of customers. Update: to get the refund I had to call back and go through the process yet again. On wait line they tell you about root canal — maybe a root canal is easier than trying to book an appointment with Riverside Dental Practices?

Professional, friendly and caring staff. I've visited this Practice many times before and it improves every time! The Practice expanded and 3x additional Surgery rooms have been added on the 1st floor. I met with Sonia, Lampros and Emmanouella. Talented and enthusiastic team.

Jodie has been my dentist working on my teeth for over a year and she has gone above and beyond for me and really made such a difference to my smile and confidence going forward. I recommend her so highly, definitely request if she is available. Amazing dentist, amazing work

This is the best practice with the best dentists. I've had some negative experiences in the past which leads to nerves but having Arnie as my dentist has calmed me so much. Lovely man than I trust so much that I can now go in knowing I need treatment and not be a sweaty shaking mess. Even my needle phobia is catered for with them making sure that I never see the syringe and being offered cream to make it more comfortable (I didn't need the cream because I trust them but it's appreciated.) I will always recommend this surgery and dentist. Thanks again guys.

It was my first time at this dental practice today. I am a very nervous patient, which in turn makes me quite emotional. What a fantastic appointment, my allocated dentist Gemma & her dental nurse were a dream. So kind, patient & reassuring. I cannot thank them enough and I will actually be looking forward to my next appointment in six months time, which is a first, ever!!!!!!!
